Over the centuries, there have always been people who are able to see what others do not see - brownies, goblin, ghosts or someone's aura. In the past few years, however, the number of such unique "seers" has grown rapidly. Why?
Herald of trouble
In February 2009, one of the Russian newspapers published a letter from student Yelena Yakunina about a meeting with a "shadow named Death". That day, as usual, she went in the morning by minibus to her institute. The road is long, and Elena, sitting by the window, even seemed to doze off … And suddenly, opening her eyes, she saw that “someone in a long wonderful robe was walking right through the minibus: no face, no arms, no legs - like a shapeless shadow. As soon as this shadow passes by someone, scratches and bruises appear on the person's face, and bloody spots appear on his clothes. " And, as the girl says, the passengers sat quietly, and no one except her noticed this shadow! And Elena herself, out of horror, could not even give a voice. The shadow came closer and closer, caught up with Elena, went on. “I look, and the girl sitting next to me has blood all over her face,” the student continues,-and I have both knees soft-boiled, my jacket swollen red on my elbows … And it doesn't hurt a bit. And the silence around - death! ".
Then Elena woke up from obsession. Everything is calm around, the radio is playing, someone is listening to the player, or reading, or dozing. No black shadows or red spots! "Well, I had a dream!" - Elena thought.
And then suddenly the minibus swayed, dragged to the right, to the left, spun in place and - into the post! “I hardly remember what happened next,” says Elena, “I only remember that I was sitting, clutching the seat, screaming, crying, groans, blood all around. And I have only one thought: this guy has blood just in the place where I already saw it a few minutes ago; this woman too; and my neighbor is holding onto her broken face … Yes, and I myself hit the back of the seat with my elbows and knees, my jacket and trousers are slowly getting wet with blood - just like I had in that vision!"
Saber on … shadow
Roman Telitsyn from Yekaterinburg woke up at five o'clock in the morning and saw a “shadow man” in the dorm room: “I opened my eyes and noticed to my right a foggy, pacing back and forth figure of a young man of about twenty, modernly dressed, of medium height and build. Long hair is braided either in a pigtail, or in some kind of a ponytail. Friends often come to us, and without an invitation, but it was just a foggy silhouette. And this is not the main thing. The main thing is that this "guest" was translucent! I clearly saw through it a poster that my roommate stuck over his bed!"
Further events developed according to a tragicomic scenario. Roman's grandfather's saber hung over his bed, with which he practically never parted - he even brought it to the hostel. And then the guy's hands seemed to reach out to this saber by themselves. “I took it off the wall with a jerk and hit the ghost with it … And he, three or four times, crossed the room, went to the door and melted near it. I just stopped being visible! - specifies Roman. - I thought that all this seemed to me, then I cautiously approached the door - and it was locked with a key!”.
The guy began to wonder what it could be. Maybe it's a dream after all? But no: in the morning next to the bed, on the floor, there was evidence - a saber that Roman put there when he went to bed again …
We do not understand the hints
Around the globe, someone sees mysterious entities with human outlines, appearing most often in the bedroom of the house, or on the street in the darkness of the night, or - as we just saw - even in daylight on public transport. The people do not skimp on the version: these are, they say, ghosts or demons, evil spirits. Or maybe aliens capable of taking on any form. Or beings from a parallel world, from other dimensions. One thing is certain: they are a mystery, an enigma.
Mysterious shadows almost always appear sinister to people. The Englishman Mike K., for example, recounts how he woke up one day after someone hit him on the cheek. On the following nights, he slept with the lights on, leaving the door ajar. Then this "someone" began to slam the door, and one day Mike saw the troublemaker - it was a tall "shadow man". Mike does not know who visited him - a ghost or an evil spirit, but he nicknamed him "Casper - an evil ghost."
“I saw them three times,” writes Steve Krayt from the United States. - Who are they really? Nobody knows for sure. But those who came across them are sure that shadow people do exist. And they probably appear for a reason, and their main task is to warn us about something important, to warn us, and maybe even to protect us. True, we often do not catch these warnings, and if we see (hear), we do not understand the hint …
What are they?
Some people say that this is just a shadow that you can only notice out of the corner of your eye, with your peripheral vision. A second - and the shadow disappears: it dissolves in the air, passes through a wall, a door, any obstacles. And although most often it is described by the word "translucent", there are "people-shadows" that are black, whitish or even multicolored. In the descriptions of eyewitnesses, especially foreign ones, there are completely outlandish individuals - with blood-red eyes and sharp claws. And Carlos Santos from Ponta Delgada (Azores, Portugal) says that as a child he lived in an old house, where there were many different shadows - large and small. At night they shook his bed and frightened the boy, making objects fly through the air. The adults in the house were nervous and fought every now and then. And once Carlos saw the "troublemaker": his eyes were "absolutely black, like black velvet"and along their outer perimeter black and yellow circles rotate (counterclockwise) …
The height of the "shadow people" is also different: there are tall, and there are also small ones. For example, 16-year-old Pema from Toronto (Canada) saw a huge "shadow man" about 2.5 meters tall and with red eyes, and her brother saw a black creature 1.2 meters tall with yellow eyes, on his arms and legs - claws.
Is it all about ecology?
Not everyone can see them. And yet there are more and more of them, especially in the last 5-10 years. But what caused it? What has changed in our life?
A new-fashioned version - we are affected by environmental changes: atmospheric pollution, ozone holes, climate warming, or some kind of events in space. Maybe nature signals us about danger, sending ethereal shadows as residents, and we kind of re-enable the instinct of self-preservation and thus gain the ability to see the invisible?
A more exotic version of this version is associated with electromagnetic influences, that is, with electronics, which is now "stuffed" with our life. Perhaps, under the influence of televisions, computers, mobile phones and other modern technology, our brain inevitably tunes in to waves of such frequencies that we did not perceive before? And perhaps our range of perception is really changing? It is no coincidence that one of the eyewitnesses, who says that he met at least three different types of "shadow man" signed the pseudonym "Scanner" and began the narration with the words: "Here I am sitting with a laptop on my lap and suddenly I see …".
Well, in principle, this version does not contradict science: the environment changes - along with it all living things change. First, mutations occur in individual individuals, and in the future, the genetics of an entire biological species may change. And we will all begin to see that invisible world that always coexists with us and which we have learned to ignore - to pretend that it does not exist. And, perhaps, this world has only now decided to declare itself more distinctly, so that we understand: if by stupidity we destroy our world, then we will destroy the world of invisible ones …
