One of the respondents who survived clinical death tells how five years ago during surgery, his heart stopped and he died for a few minutes.
“I woke up in a void, it was like Space, but there were no stars or light. I was just there. There was a certainty that somewhere near there was light and love, but I was in no hurry and I didn't have to go there. I remember thinking about my life, I won't say that it was like in the movies. More like flipping through a book. Whatever it was, it radically changed my thinking about certain things. I am still afraid of death, but I am not at all worried about what will happen after,”he describes his experience.

Meeting with a deceased relative
The second respondent fell from a motorcycle and was in a state of clinical death before arriving in intensive care. While he was lying on the road, someone approached him and encouraged him.
“I only remember how I was lying on the asphalt and everything around it began to get dark, and the sounds were gradually muffled. I didn’t fall asleep only because of one strange moment - I heard someone shouting: “Come on, man, get up! Get up! “- recalls a German survivor of clinical death.
“Then someone started knocking on my helmet. I opened my eyes and saw my brother squatting in front of me. This was very unusual since he died of an overdose several years ago. I also remember very well how he looked at his watch and said something like: "They are about to be here," and then turned around and left."
According to him, he would like to remember some details, but the consequences of that very accident affected his memory and he still forgets some things from his past life.
Garden and playground
Quite a few respondents described their "death" as a void, but the third respondent from our list shared a very peculiar experience of clinical death due to a strong allergic reaction and cardiac arrest.
“I remember the feeling of how much I was pulled back. Very fast and powerful, as if through some kind of liquid. After which everything began to brighten slowly and I saw the garden. I won't say that it was full of flowers, but everywhere there was green grass and pollen. In the center there was a playground with two children playing.
It's hard to describe, but I had the feeling that I could choose to stay here or return to my body. But when I tried to leave this place, I failed. My heart didn't beat for 6 minutes."
It was like a dream
The next woman interviewed had a heart attack last year. In the ambulance, her heart stopped three times.
“When the electricity from the defibrillators passed through me, I regained consciousness and tried to joke with the crew. Then she again fell into oblivion. It was like I was dreaming,”the woman describes her experiences.
There is nothing after
The last young man on our list crashed on a motorcycle, resulting in cardiac arrest. For two minutes his friends tried to resuscitate the victim. According to him, during this time he did not see anything at all.
“It was like someone pulled me out of reality and then immediately brought me back,” says the young man.
