Since July 25, 2020, disputes on the causes of cattle mutilation on American farms have once again begun on US ufological sites. In the FBI database over the past 50 years, thousands of episodes of strange murders of cattle have been registered, however, there is no progress on this topic: someone is killing cows, and the agents say that they “do not understand anything”.
The last episode took place on July 23rd, as reported on July 25th by the local newspaper Capital Press. On a farm in Oregon, a cow was killed again, only this time adding new oddities to the dismemberment process.
As always and usual, the cow's tongue and reproductive organs were removed with some sharp instrument, all the blood was pumped out, however, instead of just throwing the body of the killer, they put the cow upright, legs bent inward:
The cow could not accept such a position on its own under any circumstances, and so it could only be placed with the help of a crane, or several very strong people - the weight of a cow is not less than 700 kilograms.
If it were a crane, there would be traces of the crane. If they were people, there would be even more traces, since for carrying out all the manipulations several people would trample there for a long time. But only one footprint was found from one shoe.
The farmer whose animal was killed is called David Hunt and this incident, he says, is far from the first. So in December of last year, someone mutilated his bull in the same way, except that he threw him on his side, and did not give him a strange pose.

And before that, in the summer of 2019, someone mutilated five animals at once. The sheriffs launched an investigation, but they never found anything.
The only clue, as it were, is the localization of the episodes: everything happens in the vicinity of the city of Fossil, it is about 200 kilometers east of Portland.
If we were talking about some maniac, then one would think that in a circle with a radius of about 100 kilometers he has a den or some kind of base. But, since traditionally the “Martians” are considered to be the culprits, you need to think about the “Martians” base in this area and set up ambushes with webcams and ufologists sitting in the bushes.
However, as far as we know from ufologists, distances are not a problem for UFOs, and if there is no problem with movement for an attacker, then he doesn't care where to steal cows - even in Oregon, even in Astrakhan. Therefore, the "Martians" are limited in localization not by the problem of movement, but by the region itself. That is, there are obviously some specific cows, the population of which is the goal of some experiment. This is where they periodically visit.
And now, reasoning in this vein and assuming that space zoologists are conducting similar experiments on human populations, one must think that the settlement of bipedal specimens is also somehow divided into regions. That is, one experiment is being conducted in one area, another in another.
Obviously, this is how “states” and even whole “empires” appear, where the experimental then foaming at the mouth prove to everyone that their experiment is more important, that they are somehow better, that they have some kind of geopolitical ambitions, and so on. … It is possible, of course, that ambition is also part of the experiment, but in order to say with confidence - the development of local events must be followed for thousands of years, which this little world definitely no longer has.
