Ghost and ghost stories are probably some of the most common mystical stories. In different parts of the planet there are many "haunted houses", which have long been the subject of not only the interest of "paranormal hunters", but also just a lot of curious people. Often, houses rumored to be ghosts become tourist attractions, guided tours and dark legends. And such places are already becoming the subject of business and income from tourists. And sometimes it happens that rumors and stories are started and created on purpose in order to attract tourists.
But this article will not talk about scammers trying to make money on fictitious "ghosts", but about what may actually be hidden behind ghost stories, if these stories are not fictional. After all, many people really claim to have seen some mysterious figures, heard mysterious sounds and experienced unusual sensations.
There are several versions of how ghosts can be dried. The most common version is a ghost - a restless spirit, the spirit of a person who died in this place. A soul that craves revenge or justice, or is otherwise "tied" to a certain place, it cannot leave our world until something or someone frees it.
This most tenacious version of the existence of ghosts, however, is shattered by both arguments from science and arguments from religion. The first say that ghosts cannot exist at all, since this contradicts the physical perception of the world. Religion says that souls leave for another world, where their future fate is decided, and they cannot walk on the earth and frighten passers-by, since this contradicts religious ideas about "God's judgment." In other matters, both those and other arguments boil down to the principle - "it is not so, because we think differently." But can the souls of the dead really "get stuck" in this world, and even for hundreds, if not thousands of years?

In fact, it is quite difficult to imagine that the soul, separated from the physical body, will stay for a long time at the place of his death and from time to time demonstrate itself to people who appear there.
Starting from the fact that if we consider the soul as a subtle entity that controls the life of the physical body, then having lost its connection with it, it cannot be “attached” or somehow linger, if only because it needs to look for a new source of energy, which will be able to support her own existence.
There is another version of the appearance of ghosts. A version created by various "ghost hunters" trying to explain this phenomenon closer to a scientific point of view. This version says that those who see the ghost, the more they see the same action performed by the same creature, they actually see not some creature that repeats the same thing an infinite number of times, but see something- then like "filming".
The essence of the version is that a very bright emotional event that occurred in this place, for example, the violent death of a person, led to a very strong release of emotions, and emotions are a large amount of energy. And this energy could be “absorbed” into the walls, similar to how an image is imprinted on film. When an impressionable person comes, and even expects to see something similar here, he “reads” this information and sees a picture of old events.
This explanation makes sense and looks quite plausible. The only problem is that any energy, and even more so released so that it can be "counted", will eventually "melt", no matter how powerful it was initially.
And if this happened so, then the ghosts would be most actively seen soon after the murder, and over time these visions would fade and become weaker until they disappear completely. Even if we take into account that such "prints" remain far from all places. This, of course, may be due to some specificity of the material more or less able to "absorb" such prints. But still, the version seems far from fully explained.
There is one more aspect associated with "otherworldly beings". These are contacts of mediums with them. People with a more sensitive psyche can perceive the voices, as they claim, of subtle beings who appear to be dead people. Often it is not just Ivan Ivanovich Ivanov, who died a couple of weeks ago, very often some "famous personalities" respond to conversations with mediums, for example Stalin, Hitler, Julius Caesar, Charlie Chaplin, etc.
Such a mass phenomenon of famous personalities of the past looks more than strange. Moreover, when Julius Caesar begins to "speak" in pure Russian or Pushkin suddenly begins to insert modern slang words into conversation …
But it was this oddity that gave rise to another version of the origin of ghosts. This version says that there are astral (subtle) beings (spirits, if you like) who live on Earth next to people, not visible and not perceived by them, except for some psychics. Many of them are simply bored and have nothing to do, so they respond to the call of mediums, introducing themselves to those whom they want to see. They can create frightening images for impressionable people and cause fear in them, frighten, since fear, like any emotion, throws energy into the surrounding space, energy that these creatures can use for their own purposes.
One way or another, it should be recognized that far from everything has been studied and understood. And not all questions can be answered by modern science. It is a fact that some unexplained manifestations exist. They have yet to be explained and understood.
