On July 29, 2020, the automatic interplanetary station of the European Space Agency "Mars Express" ("Mars Express") transmitted another packet of images of the red planet, which turned out to be captured something resembling a volcanic eruption:
The volcano featured in the shot was named Arsia (or Arsia Mons, Arsia Mons). This is the second highest mountain in the solar system, its height is 20 kilometers:
The first place in height is still held by the volcano Olympus, which is also located on Mars and stretches 25 kilometers into the sky, but the main thing is not the height in this case: astronomers and geologists do not understand what caused this smoke.
At first glance, the cloud looks like a plume ejected by a volcano and there is now, as it were, an eruption. But the problem is that this plume formed very quickly - within three hours, spreading over a distance of a strand of 2,000 kilometers and even more. The smoke from the volcano does not fly at that speed - this is the speed of a jet plane, so something is definitely wrong with the trail.
In addition, if a volcano begins to erupt, then it smokes for days and months, while Arsia smokes for only a few hours, after which the smoke disappears as suddenly as it appeared.
This cloud was first noticed in 2018 by the same Mars Express - the station is in a very high orbit and one of its cameras looks at Mars in low resolution through a special wide-angle lens that captures the entire planet. There are no such clouds on archival photos of Mars.

After 20108, the cloud appeared only a few times and all that the light adepts could come up with was to give it a name - AMEC, Arsia Mons Elongated Cloud, that is, Arsia-Mons Elongated Cloud. Since then, scientific papers have been written about the cloud, but so far no one has come close to understanding the problem.

Nevertheless, you can offer your own version of the reason for the phenomenon, since it is obvious even to the housewife of a valuable football player for the country or other famous athlete.
So, if, reacting to the angry cry of her husband, the housewife flies into the kitchen, steam, smoke and fire are felled from the pan with lunch for the champion - in this situation it will be obvious that the burner is not turned off under the pan. Therefore, if a volcano smokes, it means that something is heating it up. Even a blonde will understand this, which once again confirms: very often NASA adherents are much stupider than blondes, since they do not see such an obvious explanation point-blank.
But what could be heating Mars? Is there another star in the solar system? We do not know the exact answer to this question, but pieces of this star definitely fly over America sometimes.
