On July 16, 2020, an article appeared in the electronic scientific medical journal pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov, in the annotation to which the following is written:
Since the article describes in detail one of the conspiracy theories of the emergence of "coronavirus" by irradiating people with 5G towers, it is very difficult to believe in its authenticity and one might think that WHO is already trolling in scientific journals. However, the names of the scientists indicated as authors are quite real:

In addition, what is written in the annotation is a well-known topic, homeopathy works on the same principle, when a solution of a medicine, where there is not a single molecule of this medicine, continues to work.
That is, water can indeed form some kind of structure that resembles large molecules, and this requires either samples of molecules or a specific wavelength. This theory, in particular, was adhered to by the Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier, who discovered the HIV virus.
The only problem is that no one knows what frequency the water needs to be irradiated in order for it to show, for example, the properties of sugar syrup, so all this is nothing more than a theory and it is very doubtful that anyone was able to confirm it in practice. The first who will get such a result will immediately rush to cut the loot, and will not trumpet the discovery in the online scientific journals.
Based on this, everything is still more like competent trolling, but only who is trolling and whom is a big question, so for now we are following the development of events.
