Not so long ago, Cuban border guards told reporters that they managed to find a ship in the Caribbean that sank in the waters of the Bermuda Triangle about a hundred years ago.
On May 18, the Cuban government announced that its Coast Guard had found a very old vessel at sea with no crew members on board. According to the border guards, by all external features this vessel looks like an old American-made steamer, which was lost in the waters of the Bermuda Triangle on December 1, 1925. The border guards tried several times to contact the crew of the old ship using radio communications and a loudspeaker. Having received no response from the ship, the border guards sent three ships of the Cuban Coast Guard to intercept it. When the ships approached the old ship, the border guards were very much surprised by what they could see. This ship was clearly very old and very rusty.
An even greater shock awaited the border guards at the moment when they boarded the ship - it was completely empty, there were no crew members on it. Absolutely in all the rooms of the old ship, some kind of desolation reigned. From everything they saw, the border guards decided that this ship was built almost a hundred years ago. Then one of the border guards recalled a story about a similar ship that disappeared in the waters of the Bermuda Triangle at that time. And yes, it turned out that this is exactly the old American ship, which for a long time was considered missing. At the time of his disappearance, no one was able to explain the cause of the incident. They searched for him for a very long time, but as a result, nothing was found. The border guards conducted a thorough inspection of the entire ship. During the inspection, they came across an old diary of the captain, who at that moment was managing this ship. They gave the diary into the hands of the researchers, who immediately decided to check it for authenticity.
And all the examinations confirmed the fact that the diary is real. According to scientists, this diary contains a lot of valuable information about the daily routine of that missing crew, but, unfortunately, the captain did not write a single line about the disappearance of the ship and the disappearance of his crew. Nevertheless. In this diary, it was written about many interesting details and facts, which were recorded by the captain even before the loss of the ship. The last entry in the diary was made just before the loss - December 1, 1925. It was on that day that this ship first gave a signal for help and since then there has been no connection with it. Almost a hundred years have passed since those distant times. And now this ship is shown off the coast of Cuba. The ships searched for almost a month, but these searches did not yield any results at all. After that, on December 31, 1925, this ship was declared missing and added to a special list. However, the captain's diary says that the ship began to sink. It turns out strange somehow. Since the disappearance of this ship in the waters of the Bermuda Triangle, a fairly large number of fairy tales and tales have been written about it.
