The chilling video came from the Philippines. It looks like a shadow man, a black ghost or some other otherworldly creature was filmed there.

Installed on a building in Pangasinan province (city not specified), a video surveillance camera in June 2018 filmed a strange figure of a person crossing a busy street, as if consisting of a dark shadow haze.

The ghost slowly appears on the sidewalk and, without stopping, steps onto the road.

When he crosses the road, cars, including a large truck and a motorcyclist, rush past him at speed, but the creature does not even slow down, and the transport passes through him as if through an empty space.

It seems that the drivers really didn't see anything on the road.

The silhouette of the creature is very blurry, it is impossible to understand what this person is wearing and whether he is dressed at all, only his moving legs are clearly visible, and he keeps his hands down along his body.

The creature was caught on video installed on the building of the store and when the owners of the store watched it, they were horrified by what they saw. They thought they were filming a real vampire.

“We used to think that this kind of thing only happened in films. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it,”says Michael Forto.

And about 13 hours after it appeared on the video, a similar smoky shadow figure was seen by passers-by near a fruit counter, not far from the place where the camera filmed it.

The locals are scared and think that this is the ghost of someone who died in the area and now wants to take revenge on someone.

Jenny Renalto, who works in a store nearby, says she is now afraid to walk in the area. "Every time I walk by, I feel something scary."
