At the same time, no one saw the alleged children themselves with dirty bare feet, and prints sometimes appeared almost immediately after the cleaning ladies washed the floors.
Worst of all, sometimes six toes could be counted on the floor of the footprints.
Strange footprints of the likely ghost have been spotted in major shopping malls (malls) in the country, including the Galeria Victoria Mall, Ocampo's Ali Mall, Central Plaza Mall and Vista Mall in Balanga, the capital of the Philippine province of Bataan.
According to @kyuriiie, sometimes an adult footprint (also a single one) appears next to a child's footprint, and if you wipe a dirty footprint, it often quickly reappears in the same place.

Rumors about the fact that a child-ghost leaves footprints started after a story of one of the mall's visitors appeared on the networks. He was sitting on a bench and suddenly looked at a nearby empty chair and shouted "What are you doing?"
When asked what had happened, he said that he saw a child sitting on this chair with his legs bent at the knees in a very unusual way. When he screamed, the child disappeared.
To the words of critics that all the prints are left just by a slovenly child with dirty bare feet, one of the users objected that the guards would never let such a child into such malls (they are called American there and it is very prestigious to visit them) and they always carefully monitor after order. If any child entered with shoes, and then took them off and walked barefoot, then his parents would be severely reprimanded and other people would know about this case.
Which of the local ghosts could have left such traces? The Philippines is a country with a very rich folklore, including a large pantheon of evil spirits. Most suitable is Tiyanak (aka Patianak or Muntianak) - a ghost vampire who takes the form of a child.
Tiyanak appears when a child dies in childbirth. He likes to lie in a secluded place in the guise of a baby and cry, luring lonely travelers with crying. But as soon as a compassionate person takes him in his arms, he immediately attacks him and drinks blood.
