Professor at the University of Manchester Brian Cox attended one of the evening talk shows, where he stated that Albert Einstein's theory of the possibility of time travel is correct, and this can be proved through a simple experiment.

Time travel is the concept of movement between specific points in time relative to movement at any given point in space. It is not known if physical time travel to the past is possible, but travel beyond ordinary perception is widespread and well described in Albert Einstein's special and general theories of relativity. The genius physicist developed the concept that space and time are part of one whole.

The maximum possible speed is the speed of light, which is 300,000 km per second. Special relativity states that when an object moves at near-light speed, time around it slows down in relation to observers. However, it will be possible to see this only after he returns to them.

Professor Brian Cox demonstrated this idea during the BBC's Doctor Who show, using Professor Jim Al-Khalili as his guinea pig. He sat the professor in a moving chair and gave him a source of light.

The scientist described this experiment back in 2015:

The experiment showed that the audience had a different perspective on the light source than the professor. Dr. Cox decided to clarify the situation:

Dr. Cox went on to describe how the experiment proved Einstein's theory and could mean that time travel is possible in the future.
