That summer morning in 2011 divided Lilia's life into “before” and “after” … She, a materialist, romantic at heart, then not yet a pensioner, but an employee of the district administration, did not believe in local talk about the Spirit of the taiga. About large footprints in the snow, about arches made of trees in the taiga clearly woven by someone, about stories that have come down to the 21st century, forbidden by old shamans, but escaped after their death and began to walk around the district about meetings with Tag ezi, about his extremely rare interest to people, about disposition or punishment …
- My husband and I came in the evening to have a rest at our favorite place, on the Spassky meadows, - recalls Lilia. - There is the most beautiful sunset. Silence. Water splash. Inspiration. Only there I can be myself. After all, I write a little poetry, draw a little … And I read poetry aloud at midnight … Then my husband lay down, fell asleep by the fire, and I left and only dozed off in the car …
… When suddenly at the beginning of the fifth, when dawn bursts into Gornaya Shoria so suddenly, as if at once the cover was removed from the mountain hollow, and the sun took up its command post, Lilia woke up.

Lily remembered his touch, or rather hers (it looks like it was a female yeti) forever. Then, in the fall of 2011, she told about this case at the International Conference on Hominology, which brought together hominologists (Yeti researchers), cryptozoologists, anthropologists, and zoologists from five countries in Tashtagol. And, making sure that despite the debate of scientists in general about the existence of the Yeti in the world (and in Gornaya Shoria in particular), her case was accepted into the data bank, that they believed her, Lilia tried for a long time to understand why the meeting with the Yeti fell to her. Igor Burtsev, director of the International Center of Hominology, at the same time, at a conference in Tashtagol, after expeditions to the Azass cave and to Karatag, where they found footprints and even hair of the yeti, explained that from the reports of a number of eyewitnesses around the world it is clear: yeti attracts art and sincere emotions …
Also, knowing from Shor legends that it is customary for Tag ezi to give gifts to people to whom he has opened, Lilia later realized: she also received a gift.
- I dreamed of granddaughters, - explains Lilia Vasilievna. - And it must be the same - the news that I will become a grandmother came just after meeting with the yeti!

And at the end of last winter, just in time for her daughter, to visit and to help with the two babies, Lilia went with her husband to St. Petersburg. After living there for three months, we gathered home.
- The granddaughters recovered from the illness, started going to kindergarten again … My daughter came home from work in the evening, said: tomorrow she needs a sick leave to take to the office, this is to the center, and let's go together, then we will walk for the last time. So the next day the three of us drove off.
We went down to the subway. We drive up to the station. And that's it! Screams, fear, crush, pandemonium. We got into a terrorist attack, we were just traveling in a different car … It was very scary, we were afraid to lose each other in the crush. We didn't know how many victims yet. (As a reminder, the attack was committed on April 3 at 2.33 pm, 15 passengers and the terrorist himself were killed, 103 were injured, another device was found at another station and neutralized. - Ed.)
I don't remember how we got upstairs. We got home only by nine o'clock in the evening. So many were traveling in the bus "2m", this is a subway on the surface. The bus was so packed with people that they pushed me into the glass. Everything was numb, my legs refused. Then I was treated by St. Petersburg doctors, and now I am recovering in Kuzbass for six months … So who or what saved us? About Tag ezi, about Shoria, missing her, I remembered every day. And I was grateful that my husband and daughter and I were in another carriage, that everyone was safe …
PS As the hominologist Burtsev explained, it really happened more than once that the yeti protected friends at a distance. This is due to their ability to connect to the information field of the planet, recognize the near future and telepathically guide a person to a safe place. “Even I have felt for a long time: the yeti is watching me on all expeditions and trips.
