Residents of the Rodnikovsky district are in a panic: an unknown creature comes to their backyards and strangles rabbits and chickens. People began to be afraid to go out into the street after dark, and even more so to let their children out.
An unknown force moved the log
The last "crime scene" of the Chupacabra, as it was popularly called, was the house of pensioner Inna Dmitrieva from the village of Shubino, not far from Kaminsky. The uninvited guest tore apart the log covering the exit from the chicken coop and dragged away the hens. “Out of 13 birds, I stole 9 hens and a rooster,” says Inna Arkadyevna. - Some of the chickens laid out behind the bath, one - near the doghouse. The son walked a little in the footsteps of the chupacabra - with the remains of the prey, she fled through the field into the forest. By the way, our Charlie didn't bark that night."
The Chupacabra's visit to Inna Arkadyevna took place at the end of February, but there are still traces of her stay near her house. Behind the bathhouse, in the melting snow, there are several spots with white-brown feathers. One gets the feeling that an unknown beast has spread the hens half a meter apart and plucked them. There is no blood, but someone's big traces are clearly visible.
The hole in the chicken coop, through which the chupacabra made its way, is approximately 20 by 30 centimeters, closed by a board and a log. It takes a lot of effort to move them.
“The remaining chickens stopped rushing out of fear,” Inna Dmitrieva complains. - I transplanted them to a goat, but a friend from the village of Zakharikhi told me that this creature rushes to goats too.

The visits of the mysterious creature to the chicken coops and rabbitries, according to local residents, began in the fall of last year. According to Nina Bebneva, a resident of the village of Shubino, the Chupacabra visited her for the first time in late October-early November, when the first snow fell. Somehow, at night, she made her way through the one and a half meter fence and entered the chicken coop. In the morning, Nina Mikhailovna photographed the traces of the Chupacabra's presence: it looks like the sharpenings left by a cat, claws fighting on the boards, only several times larger. The intruder strangled several chickens. “Three chickens out of 11 remain,” says Nina Mikhailovna. - There were many feathers in the hen house: she plucked birds. I think that if it was a fox, it would just strangle them. And I would have overcome the fence with the help of a tunnel, like a dog."
A few days later, the Chupacabra again visited Nina Bebneva. But by this time, the woman had transferred the remaining pullets underground, and the animal could not get through the narrow windows. In the morning, near these windows, the owners found many tracks - one large and several small ones. Apparently the creature came with its brood.
A cross between a monkey, a dog and a lynx?
Chupacabra came to a resident of the village of Kaminsky Valentina Tryakhova five times. A woman keeps rabbits, and at the beginning of winter an unprecedented animal appeared in the rabbitry. The cells, located at a height of 80 centimeters, were gnawed from the bottom, and their constipation was also damaged. Three rabbits were strangled in their cages. As Valentina Pavlovna recalls, there were no wounds on them, but it was as if blood was sucked out of the animals. Eight rabbits are missing. In the two-meter-high fence, boards were bitten - apparently, through this hole the chupacabra made its way into the garden.

Once Valentina Pavlovna managed to see a mysterious beast, which made the villagers fearful. “This is a black creature the size of an average dog,” says the woman. - The back is like a monkey, with a small tail. I would say that this is a cross between a dog, a lynx and a monkey. The animal moved in leaps, barked, but not like a dog: its voice was very hoarse. In the morning at this place we found footprints, like those of a lynx - dogs have different paw prints.
Valentina Pavlovna and her son fenced off the cages with a netting and set a trap. Once the creature was caught, but by some miracle it escaped. In the morning the woman and her son found their trap empty in the neighbors' garden. There was no gnawed paw in the trap, as a wolf and a fox sometimes do to escape. The impression was that the teeth were simply unclenched, as a human would do. That is, the unknown creature has a certain intelligence and strength. At the request of Valentina Tryakhova, her son walked around all the neighbors who have black dogs, but none of them had a wound on their paw.
“A neighbor told me that he also saw a black creature resembling a monkey on his fence. Noticing a person, it leaped down and galloped around the garden,”said Natalya Bakanova from Kaminsky.
