A new attack by Chupacabra recently took place in Dergachi (near Kharkov). According to Mishchenko's description, the Dergachev Chupacabra is almost an exact copy of those creatures that were seen in Kharkov in Bavaria. Growth - 70 centimeters, it looks like a kangaroo, wool with needles, but what amazed Yuri Nikolaevich even more was on the tips of his paws, traces remained even on the iron:

It was these claws that the inhabitants of the rabbit felt on themselves. Until recently, there were eight pussies here - now there are five of them, one rabbit has a hind leg cut, and it seems that they did not have time to gnaw it, says the owner of the eared ones. Despite the fact that the cage was carefully covered with a rag on the night of the attack, the doors were twisted with wire. Not a single animal, according to Yuri Nikolaevich, will be able to open the cage, pounce on the prey, pull it out, and then close the cage again:
"Now, if it is a dog, even a wild one, how can she take a rabbit - if they are scared and are at such a distance."
Viktor Shevel, head of the predators department at the Kharkov Zoo, does not believe in the existence of such a clever rabbit killer. He is sure: a wolf-dog, not fearing people, began to visit the Kharkovites.

Unlike a mythological creature, a cross between a man's best friend and a wild beast is far from uncommon. The increased intelligence of the dog and the physical capabilities of the wolf prompted experts to do similar experiments. True, it's hard to call them successful. After all, this animal is not adapted for life in society: because of the hunting instinct, it hunts everything that moves, and at the same time is afraid of people. Chupacabra, according to the dog handler, is a generalized term for something inexplicable.
