Everyone knows the pyramid of Cheops, this name went down in history, although there is no exact evidence that it was Cheops who built this monument. And even his tomb was not found in this huge place … However, the British scientist believes that not all the secrets of the pyramid have been studied yet, and it may hide a secret room with the tomb of the pharaoh.
Despite the fact that the whole world knows Pharaoh Cheops, his body has not yet been found - not in the tomb, or anywhere else. At the same time, there is the so-called King's Chamber in the pyramid, and even a sarcophagus, but the body has never been in it. However, the British historian Matt Sibson thinks otherwise, because he, exploring the pyramid, discovered an interesting detail. He stated that the pyramid, carefully studied by archaeologists and Egyptologists, may hide another (or several) secret rooms.
Mr. Sibson made this discovery based on a study of the pyramid's stonework. During the construction of the pyramid, three types of stone were used - casing, which was removed and did not survive to this day, and two types of masonry. One of them consists of triangles that rise to a height of the 19th floor. On the north side, the apex of the triangle marks the entrance to the Great Pyramid.
At the same time, in the west, south and east there are the same triangles, but on the west side it stands out most. The curved pyramid has the same structure - two entrances, one in the north and one in the west. At the same time, Matt recalls that Herodotus wrote that Cheops was buried in a pyramid.
Sibson believes that one should carefully study the western side of the pyramid and look for another entrance there.
