From time to time, information about the meetings of the so-called "Bilderberg Club" gets into the Western press in some unknown way. It is known from individual publications that the work of this community, surrounded by an almost impenetrable veil of secrecy, involves major politicians, diplomats, bankers, industry captains, military leaders and heads of special services. Some of them are closely associated with the Central Intelligence Agency and the US military-industrial complex. One gets the impression that the club is a real “shadow government of the planet”, which gathers to discuss important issues of big politics and, above all, relations with Russia (until 1991 - with the USSR); develop confidential recommendations to national governments on pressing political, economic, military and social problems. However, as practice shows,the winners have always been the countries whose interests were represented by the permanent members of the Bilderberg Club.
The official date of birth of the Bilderberg Club is 1952. It was preceded by a period when Western Europe, which had just emerged from the war, witnessed fundamental changes in the international political arena and a powerful communist movement. The Alliance (NATO) was created; "United Europe" was taking its first steps; the Western world has watched with dismay the growing misunderstanding between the Old World and the United States; The "communist offensive" had to be opposed by countermeasures, that is, a closer alliance.
The author of this "romantic project" was a certain Joseph Retinger, a character with a confused biography, who boasted of his Anglo-Saxon roots. He gained fame in 1947-1948 when he emerged as one of the most ardent champions of "European unity". As secretary general of the European Movement, Retinger was associated with the most influential political leaders in Western Europe of that time, including British Prime Minister W. Churchill and West German Chancellor K. Adenauer. They defiantly supported Retinger in all his undertakings. In 1948, Retinger participated in the Hague Congress, and then for four years "worked tirelessly," he says in his memoirs, "to subordinate the whole world to the European ideal."
In 1952 Retinger left his post in the "European Movement" and, having come into contact with the Dutch prince Bernard, presented him with his idea: to create a discussion center, a kind of club for promoting "Western values" in the world. Bernard, a well-known figure in the international arena (member of the board of directors of a dozen of the largest Western European auto and airlines; carried out important missions in Latin America; maintained political contacts with the leaders of a number of states), replied that he would agree if he found the concept of the proposed formation acceptable.
A month later, Retinger presented the prince with a work based on the works of J. Bar-jess, A. Mahan, H. Mackinder and J. Strong - Anglo-American geopolitics and military leaders of the 19th and 20th centuries. Retinger outlined his vision of the political goals and objectives of the future community in the preamble of the concept:
“The Anglo-Saxons as a race are designed to supplant some races, assimilate others, and so on until all of humanity is Anglo-Saxonized. But above all, it is necessary to establish control over the heart of the world - Russia. Without this, the world domination of the Anglo-Saxons is unattainable. In order to take possession of Russia, this huge continental mass, it is necessary to develop a strategy according to which the United States and its allies must, like an anaconda, squeeze Russia from all sides: from the west - Germany and Great Britain, from the east - Japan. In the southern direction, it is necessary to create a pro-Anglo-Saxon vassal state, which, stretching between the Caspian, Black, Mediterranean, Red Seas and the Persian Gulf, would tightly close the outlet with which Russia still easily reaches the Indian Ocean. Such a state does not yet exist, but there is no reason not to appear in the future.
Considering the problem from a geostrategic standpoint, it is necessary to state that the main and natural enemy of the Anglo-Saxons on the way to world hegemony is the Russian people. Obeying the laws of nature and racial instinct, he uncontrollably strives towards the south. Therefore, it is necessary to immediately begin to seize the entire strip of South Asia between the 30th and 40th degrees of northern latitude and from it gradually push the Russian people back to the north. Since, according to all the laws of nature, with the cessation of growth begins decline and slow dying, the Russian people, tightly locked in their northern latitudes, will not escape their fate.
Of course, to achieve these goals, the Anglo-Saxon area will need some time, but today we must start a movement, the main directions of which would be: preventing Russia from entering Europe, ensuring the dominant role of the United States in the Atlantic Alliance and containing Germany by maintaining the status quo in both states.

Prince Bernard approved the concept proposed by Retinger, who immediately convened an organizing committee, which included, among others, such heavyweights as Frederick Flick I, head of the industrial empire of West Germany, David Rockefeller, Bank of America loan manager, Konrad Black, owner of Hollinger, who controlled 100 Western European newspapers and 200 weeklies, is the Duke of Edinburgh, husband of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain.
In September 1952, the organizing committee held its first meeting at the Bilderberg Hotel in the Dutch town of Osterbeck. Then Retinger, without further ado, appropriated the name of the community he had created "Bilderberg Club".
During the meeting Retinger categorically ordered those present "to establish the necessary contacts with the United States." The next day, together with Prince Bernard, they departed on a motor ship to America and, after negotiations with representatives of the political and economic elite of the United States, created the American section of the club headed by the largest US financiers D. Johnson and D. Coleman (now his place is taken by the notorious ex-head World Bank Paul Wolfowitz).
According to the charter, the permanent members of the club - exclusively Anglo-Saxon in origin - are obliged to remain unconditionally silent and never release official documents on the activities of the community.
Every 12 months 60-80 prominent personalities from Western Europe and North America meet and jointly discuss "the problems of the moment." Looking closely at the names of the former members of the club, we can conclude that the meetings are similar to the meetings of a certain "shadow cabinet of ministers", moreover, a cabinet that stands above national governments (and much more powerful than the latter!). For three days, highly influential people converge and converse with each other. They conduct discussions informally, confident that the secrecy of their opinions, which are not disclosed to anyone, is guaranteed. At the end of the discussion, they develop a joint orientation, which is mandatory and is subsequently implemented in the practice of everyone.
The Bilderberg Rules stipulate that invitations are sent out annually. This means that participation in one meeting does not at all give the right to attend all subsequent ones. The list of participants is drawn up by a special committee, under the supervision of the chairman.
In accordance with the charter, the criterion for the selection of participants in a meeting is always their adherence to the "spiritual values of the West." The invitees, as a rule, are citizens of NATO member states, but in any case, arriving at the meeting, they must renounce any “national prejudices”.
According to the charter, expenses are paid by those who provide hospitality. It has been observed, however, that in recent years, meetings have invariably been held in hotels owned by the Rothschild barons in Europe and the Rockefellers in the United States.
Each of the participants gets to the meeting place incognito and at their own expense. The only document after each meeting is a confidential report, sent only to its participants, on the strict condition that the contents of the document will never be made public.
When, in the 1970s, the American magazine Ramparts published a list of international institutions and organizations directly or indirectly funded by the Central Intelligence Agency, and it was forced to admit the accuracy of this list, international political observers immediately began to look for the Bilderberg Club. However, it was not on the list. This circumstance looked all the more strange, since the CIA and Bilderberg always had many points of contact. To do this, you just need to turn to the reasons for the appearance of the club and the opening of its American section.
The first argument. As soon as Retinger set foot on American soil and announced his initiative, his unconditional support was immediately provided by none other than Walter Bedell Smith, the director of the CIA. Until 1957, Smith officially figured as one of the leaders of the American section of the Bilderberg Club, along with D. Johnson, director of the Carnegie Endowment. This institution served as one of the secret channels for the movement of funds from the CIA to various organizations.
The second argument. Retinger was the "apostle of Europeanism" and the general secretary of the "European Movement". This "movement", as is now reliably known, received impressive financial support from the CIA through the American Committee for a United Europe, an organization sponsored since 1949 by the most famous of all CIA chiefs - Allen Dulles and his right-hand man Tom Braden, the head of the international department of management.
When he retired in 1967, Braden laid out a lot of what he knew. He told reporters of the Italian weekly Europeo Corrado Incherti and Sandro Ottolenghi, in particular, that the CIA has created numerous organizations in Europe (and not only in Western!) That pave the way for direct intervention in the affairs of various states. One of these organizations was the American Committee for a United Europe, which in 1947-1952 gave Retinger, the leader of the European Movement, 60,000,000,000 lira (in those years 1,000 lira = 1.54 rubles). The largest part of this amount was awarded to Retinger in the 50s, when, in response to the World Youth Festival in Berlin, held by the Soviet Union, the European Movement launched the most active actions to disrupt it. Until 1967when the American Committee was disbanded as a compromised body, it had at least five CIA officials on its board: William Donovan, Bedell Smith, Allen Dulles, Tom Braden, and Charles Spofford.
As for the participation in the meetings of the Bilderberg Club of representatives of various institutions, one way or another connected with the CIA, today it is reliably known that they included: Shepard Stone, head of the Association for Cultural Freedom; Barry Bingham, Chairman of the International Press Institute; Joseph Johnson, Director of the Carnegie Endowment; Irving Brown and Walter Reuters, two union bosses whom Tom Braden himself confessed to Europeo reporters, he gave money to the CIA.
Retinger acknowledged the above in his memoirs, which were published shortly before his death.
The main topic of discussion during club meetings was usually stated and concretized in several speeches. They were subject to mandatory agreement with the chairman and then included in the agenda of the club. Today, getting acquainted with the few minutes of meetings that were at the disposal of the most successful (or creditworthy?) Publications, we can conclude that the Bilderbergers paid particular close and biased attention to the USSR and the “threat” of the spread of communist ideas on the planet. From the height of the past years, one can also assess how the governments of the countries of Western Europe adhered to the guidelines put forward by the Bilderberg Club.

Cicciolina can be trusted. She, being an agent of influence, for 30 years dragged chestnuts from the fire for the Hungarian secret service. On the instructions of her operators, she slept with almost all Italian senators and statesmen of Western European countries and recorded their revelations on a dictaphone. Many of her sex partners took part in the meetings of the Bilderberg Club and knew firsthand how the Americans, having provoked a universal panic, were able to turn political influence into tangible capital.
It seems that the book is not the fruit of the idle reflections of Cicciolina, but the result of the painstaking work of a group of well-informed journalists who, fulfilling someone's order, used the name of the porno woman as a promoted brand and produced an essay with a political orientation, and even with “anti-Bilderberg” stuffing! After all, no matter how diverse Chicciolina's connections in the upper echelons of power are, it is hard to believe that she has the necessary supply of archival materials, political insight and, finally, a lively pen to create such an opus. However, anonymous authorship does not detract from its merits and significance.
Attention is drawn to the coincidence of certain items on the agenda of the Bilderberg meetings with the events that took place in the Soviet Union in the late XX - early XXI centuries.
