Now 5-year-old Vietnamese villager Le Nguyen Bao Trung, who is called Binh by his family, speaks English from birth, despite the fact that he has never come into contact with native speakers of this language. The boy's parents were amazed when, at the age of two, he began to pronounce words in a language they did not know. At the moment, the preschooler is fluent in English, reads and writes, but learns Vietnamese to communicate with others.

Our hero lives with his mother and father in the Don-Wan village of Hatin province. The boy's parents recall that when their son began to speak, they initially perceived his words as incoherent babbling of a baby. However, over time, Bean's relatives realized that something was wrong here. Why does the child refuse to speak his native language? One day the family was visited by a neighbor's teenage girl studying English at school. It was she who allowed her fellow countrymen to unravel this mystery.

Bean was sitting on the floor with a calendar and was saying something to himself. The guest was very surprised when she heard the boy call the months of the year in English. Of course, the parents of the child, who did not know a word of English and could not teach their offspring a foreign language, were even more surprised. The girl took a test with Bean and easily determined that he spoke English incomparably better than her. But is there any rational explanation for this?

Alas, no one knows yet. One thing can be said with absolute certainty: Le Nguyen Bao Trung never heard English from others (except for the aforementioned neighbor), and also never watched or listened to television and radio broadcasts in a foreign language. Obviously, there was no English literature in the family's house either.

Some will say that we are talking about genetic memory (if Bean's ancestors spoke English) or even about the memory of a Vietnamese from his past life, where he could have been an Englishman. Theoretically, this is quite possible, however, official science does not recognize reincarnation, although there are a lot of similar cases (even more convincing) of reincarnation in the world …
