In 2012-2013, news appeared, it would be more correct to say, flew by, that in the jungle of Ecuador they found a megalithic structure of huge size.
The news flew by because practically nothing was learned, and all the information has since disappeared, that is, nothing new has appeared.
What is known about these structures? Actually, there is not much. Only that the group of researchers who found the place was headed by Bruce Fenton.
It is also known that this place is somewhere in the mountain jungle, but where exactly, probably only the "first" explorers and, possibly, official representatives know.
But now it's worth saying what they found in the jungle of Ecuador. Megalithic structures have been discovered, similar to those at Sacsayhuaman. Many experts called them "rolls", that is, bloated megaliths.
It is believed that a whole city was discovered there, together with a pyramid, since the structure of one of the structures resembles a pyramid.

Many of the megaliths are impressive in their size, reaching almost human growth. They, like in Sacsayhuaman, are not perfectly processed, but everything is adjusted, and the size of the megaliths is not small.
From all the photos that have reached the open access (and there are few of them), you can see that most of the megaliths were under the sod. The grass and earth can only say that the structures are very ancient and no one has been there for a long time.
By the way, local Indians have a legend about the "city of giants" somewhere in the jungle, but how true this is is difficult to understand. And if it existed, it is not known whether this find could be attributed to the "city of giants".
In general, it is immediately clear that the objects are not of natural origin, which means that someone once built all this. But neither the age nor the location of the object is still known.
As I said, after some pictures and general information about this place, everyone fell silent. Whether closed research was conducted there or not, it is unlikely that it will ever be possible to find out.
There is a photo of some large mountain in the middle of the jungle on the network, which supposedly is the very pyramid, but it's hard to find out how true this is.
To this day, many questions arise about one of the largest finds in recent years, but, unfortunately, no answers. Although many such "inconvenient" objects are simply hidden, and this is where all open research ends.
