Krasnoyarsk residents noticed a strange glow in the night sky and took it for a UFO.
The townspeople observed an unusual phenomenon the day before in the dark, from June 25 to 26, and shared the photo on social networks.
The glow was visible from different points in the city.
As explained in the observatory of the Siberian State University of Science and Technology named after academician Mikhail Reshetnev, the glow in the clouds arose from large objects from the ground.

“The glow, of course, was very bright and mesmerizing, it can lead one to think that these are some aliens. But this option is completely ruled out. There were very dense clouds, in such weather we cannot completely see even the disk of the Sun, the light does not pass through the clouds. According to rough estimates, the townspeople saw the reflection of light from large objects in the area of the fourth bridge or Studgorodok, perhaps it was the Platinum Arena stadium, said Evgeny Lapukhin, an employee of the SibSU observatory.
