On October 27, 2019, the following video was filmed in the Argentine city of Concordia in the northeastern province of Entre Rios, on the border with Uruguay:
The author of the video Jesica Bonasola writes in the comments to the video that at the time of filming there was no rain and she simply decided to shoot lightning on the horizon, as a result of which she noticed this strange object falling from the sky.
The object also hit the lenses of other operators, after which it even hit the local TV:
Earlier, on October 16, 2019, exactly the same was observed in the city of San Antonio, Texas:
Since people never saw anything like this, after the incident in Texas, many had their first thought about some shooting errors, artifacts, and so on. But now, as we see, these are not artifacts, but some kind of healthy things falling from the sky and causing lightning.

The original video was filmed in Russia, September 13, but the author posted the entire recording from the DVR and the video turned out to be very long. The author of the video himself decided that it was ball lightning, however, no lightning flies so fast and along such a strange trajectory:

More than a year ago, we already said that the increase in the frequency of UFO sightings portends the world some kind of global upheaval. And, as we see now, on the one hand, the international situation is aggravating every month and military analysts barely have time to react to crises, trying to predict where it is, on the other hand, people see more and more “flying saucers”.
The only incomprehensible question is - what are the “Martians” preparing for? That is, will it be some kind of social upheaval such as a world default and a wave of revolutions, will there be a world war, or is it planned to complete terramorphing with the cleaning of everything?
