The US military does not confirm the existence of the top-secret TR-3B Black Manta aircraft and tries not to comment on the information that appears from time to time in the media, but it is known that work on the creation of a hypersonic strategic reconnaissance aircraft began at the end of the twentieth century.
Funding for the project, called "Aurora", was allegedly conducted from the "black accounts" of the US budget and what funds were invested in the development can only be guessed at.
It is believed that the TR-3B Black Manta is an aerospace platform, approximately 182 meters long and 98 meters wide, and is most often mistaken for a UFO due to its triangular shape and complete silence. The power plant of this aircraft is essentially a generator of a powerful magnetic vortex field, and the luminous flux periodically emitted by this generator is perceived by eyewitnesses as light of extraterrestrial origin.
The main source of power for the TR-3B is a modified nuclear engine, which, when combined with other technologies, gives the impression of an incredibly light and maneuverable aircraft. Experts believe that the possible characteristics of the machine are limited only by physical stress on the body of the device.
The most sophisticated propulsion system of the aircraft was created by the Rockwell company, which has always been distinguished by original designs, the most famous of which is the B-2 Spirit strategic stealth bomber.
It's hard to say how real the TR-3B Black Manta is, but amateur videos of the latter's flights can be found on the Internet.
About 10 kilometers from the coast of Malibu, private researchers recorded two very strange events at once. First, one of the Pentagon's most secret projects, the TR-3B Astra, was spotted in the sky. Secondly, this plane flew over what American ufologists call the "underwater UFO base", and serious scientists confine themselves to a more neutral definition of "unidentified anomaly."

This anomaly was first discovered by Toreas Maxwell, a physicist from New Zealand. He published photos of the strange underwater object last year, but no expeditions were seen in the area.
The anomaly really looks like a man-made structure. Most of all, the structure looks like a dome hidden under the water column. American scientists have already argued that this is nothing more than a part of the continental shelf that has undergone erosion.
