Observers day and night control the sky at Site-51. One of the recent sightings was an event: two F16 fighters appeared over the desert, which attacked a third, unlike anything else object.
At first, sky-tracking fans were interested in fighters: people were attracted by the fact that they perform strange maneuvers. But then it became clear that the reason for the maneuvers was the third object, much more compact and maneuverable than combat aircraft.
Experts suggested that the third object was a new type of drone that was being practiced in combat conditions. It did not throw off a jet stream and was much quieter than the F16.
Officials declined to comment. However, this is not surprising: Area 51 has long been a testing ground for new types of weapons. Once upon a time, it was there that stealth planes were first seen, which some believed to be UFOs.
