We tested Juna, but I did not consider it ethical to experiment with her, since by that time I was convinced of the high level of her talent. Given the high secrecy of our work in the General Staff, we decided not to involve her in the work, so as not to deprive her of the right to communicate with people due to the secrecy of our work.
We carried out our research together with scientists from academic and research institutions in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

- We relied on the works of Academicians Natalia Bekhtereva, Director of the Human Brain Institute, Academician Konstantin Sudakov, Director of the Institute of Normal Physiology, collaborated with them and many other full members of the RAS, including Vladimir Fortov, who later headed the Russian Academy of Sciences.

What did you do in Chechnya as the head of the Expert-Analytical Directorate of the General Staff?
- After my report to the Chief of the General Staff, General Kolesnikov, about the readiness of our unit, I received an order to head to the combat area. From Moscow in the morning I flew to Rostov-on-Don, clarified the situation with the commander of the North Caucasian Military District, and in the evening ended up in Khankala, where he met with General Vyacheslav Tikhomirov, who was in charge of the group of troops of the Ministry of Defense, internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB. We have thought over and discussed each forthcoming step. I began to carry out my program, being either at headquarters or on the front line, often flying in combat helicopters and airplanes. A month later, he called from Moscow employees who had the gift of clairvoyance and trained by us to introduce them into the troops and work in combat conditions.
Why did it take psychics to call from Moscow to the area of hostilities, if they are able to know what is happening far from them?
- At first glance, it seems that they can sit comfortably at home in Moscow and carry out strategic tasks with the help of far-sightedness. But during battles, where the situation changes every minute, it is often impossible to get in touch with psychics sitting in the headquarters or in Moscow, set an operational task and wait for recommendations, which often require clarification. Mountains and electromagnetic interference interfere with stable radio communication. Our experience has shown that the operator must be in or near a combat zone.
My officers and employees arrived, and what was my surprise when I saw my son Anton among them. By that time, he had become an established master of hand-to-hand combat and a good marksman, possessed good superintuition skills developed according to our methods. But Anton, a civilian, was preparing to defend his dissertation. However, he had to agree with his choice, and Anton fought in a special forces detachment of the GRU, conducted operational extrasensory reconnaissance, took part in battles and was awarded medals.

- Our team prepared very carefully for military operations in Chechnya. Interaction with the command of forthcoming operations was practiced at training ranges and in the headquarters of various branches of the Armed Forces and combat arms. Psychics were engaged in shooting and hand-to-hand combat. They learned to navigate in unfamiliar terrain, the ability to work with topographic maps. The area of the forthcoming hostilities was studied. Since there were many Arabs and other foreigners among the bandits, the techniques of reading the thoughts of the interlocutors by their gestures and facial expressions were practiced. In these classes, we managed to achieve such skill that when the head of the American Stargate program, Dr. Edwin May, came to one of our classes, he did not believe that my staff, not knowing his native Hungarian language, in which he thought, nor Sanskrit, in which he spoke fluently, as in English, accurately conveyed the meaning of his statements. The most talented special operators, including women, have shown themselves in Chechnya.
For what merits did they receive military awards, medals and orders?
“They carried out operational reconnaissance, identified camouflaged targets, battle groups and warehouses in the mountains, helped in interrogating militants, distinguishing who was lying and who was telling the truth. They did so that the soldiers felt less pain in the hospital, so that so many wounded did not die from pain shock. All our employees were good psychologists and helped the soldiers and officers to endure the difficult conditions of the war, they could tell someone who did not receive mail what was happening at home, like parents, wife, children.
On a daily basis, I reported to Moscow about their combat work to the Chief of the General Staff, who approved their submissions to state and military awards.
After the Chechen war, we can safely say that extrasensory perception in skillful hands is an effective and proven tool in the arsenal of not only strategic, but also operational military means.
Tell us about the combat operation, which you especially remember as a specialist in psi-war
- Our clairvoyants have determined from maps that in one of the villages in the school building the headquarters of a large armed formation of Dudayev's army is located. An air strike was launched against the target we indicated. The attack aircraft worked quickly and the school was bombed. And when special forces fighters landed in a village cleaned from the air, they found dead women and children in the ruins of the school. I could not find a place for myself: how could such a thing happen that innocent people suffered? An investigation began - and it turned out that all the women and children died from bullet wounds, not from bombs. The militants somehow learned about the impending airstrike. A group of women and children was shot in a neighboring village, their bodies were brought to the school building, and they themselves left. But in Ichkeria, a rumor immediately spread about the atrocities of the federals who bombed schoolchildren and their mothers.
In addition to our military unit in Chechnya, a group of military intelligence officers of the Main Intelligence Directorate, led by Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Vishnevetsky, performed special tasks. He himself and his fighters mastered the art of contactless hand-to-hand combat.
I met Sergei before the war in Chechnya, when I studied the art of energy martial arts. During a hand-to-hand fight with him, horror seized not only enemies, but also his own. From his non-contact techniques, the militants were struck at a distance of 3-4 meters. Their internal organs were torn, their eardrums burst, and their eyes bulged out. Fear seized the enemies to such an extent that they forgot to shoot at the unarmed and fled. His battle group showed itself brilliantly. Military intelligence officers, about whom the journalists did not write, killed many of the leaders of the bandit formations in Chechnya.

In addition to Lieutenant Colonel Vishnevetsky, you have not yet named a single name of your employees. They do not appear on television and do not give interviews … Who are these people?
- I cannot talk about men yet, as there are restrictions on their activities to this day. I'll tell you about women with pleasure.
The first is Elena Oleinik. Based on a detailed map of Moscow available at the General Staff, she determined that a safe house of a French resident was located in the Koptev area. Its main task was to supply our country with weapons, ammunition, money and drugs. Elena helped the scouts to uncover the routes for the delivery of contraband, named the house, entrance and floor where the resident was hiding.
Elena convinced us all that the path to discovering unique abilities lies through overcoming oneself, circumstances and distrust of others. She rightfully belongs to the well-deserved priority in our research. She flew on missions as part of reconnaissance groups more than twenty times, revealed camouflaged objects, opened minefield schemes, found camouflaged weapons and ammunition depots.
During the war in Chechnya, she helped the civilian population in search of missing relatives and property stolen by looters.
Elena Mikhailovna was awarded medals of the order "For Merit to the Fatherland", "For Combat Commonwealth", "For Military Valor" I and II degrees and other military awards.
Larisa Osipova - Colonel, graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff. A doctor by profession. She completed a training course in our department and in the Krasnodar Combat Training Center of A. A. Kadochnikov. Shoots great. She was good at revealing camouflaged objects, enemy plans in the dynamics of combat and operations. As a doctor, she treated the population, helped in the psychological rehabilitation of children and adults.
Once I flew with Osipova on reconnaissance in a helicopter, when they began to fire at him, she did not lose her composure, opened the hatch and, looking through it, began to draw firing points on the map. She ended the war in Chechnya with 12 medals and insignia.
Elena Klimova has the same number of military awards. She passed mountain, naval, equestrian and rifle training with various types of weapons. He is fluent in hand-to-hand fighting techniques. In the photograph in MK, readers saw her at the submarine's periscope, where she was studying with the submariners. Before joining our team, Elena served as a primary school teacher. And at the General Staff she headed the Center for Special Training, in which the military personnel of the headquarters, intelligence, officers of the security services were trained according to our methods. As part of the special forces, she flew for more than 40 hours to reconnoitre the deployment of bandit formations.

Margarita Evgenievna is a very gifted special operator. Provided psychological support for the highest generals of the Armed Forces. Was admitted to reports to the Chief of the General Staff. Mishkina was given photographs of criminals, and she did what the detectives could not, for which she received many awards from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and foreign states.

- I received the Order of Courage for the successful completion of tasks related to the risk of life. In one of the anti-terrorist special operations he received a concussion, but completed the task.
What are you and your former subordinates doing today?
- Many of our employees continue to work in law enforcement agencies, research centers, administrations of the federal and regional levels.
The backbone of our team conducts classes not only with the military, but also with civilians. We are preparing a course of lectures, practical exercises. We have big plans, so we will have something to remember and tell our grandchildren.
