A locally popular Portuguese UFO researcher who also co-authored the Sky Watcher Red Dragon Society Youtube channel wrote to the research organization MUFON on November 23, 2017.
In his letter, he said that he constantly monitors what is happening in the sky over his city and surroundings.
One day, when he was conducting his traditional observations, strange clouds in the sky over the popular Portuguese resort of Coimbra caught his attention.
Looking closer, he saw an unusual cloud and reached for his phone to capture what was happening.
The bright sunlight made it difficult to see what was happening, but he still took a few pictures.
After that, Carlos went home and transferred the received footage to a computer. Only after that he was convinced that his instinct had not let him down and that something unusual was really happening in the sky.
According to Carlos, he saw a UFO or something similar to secret government projects such as the TR-3B Astra or SR-91.
Recall that according to the opinion of the supporters of the conspiracy theory, these projects are based on alien technologies that are hidden from the public by the government.
