On the evening of August 21, 2017, two residents of Bartow County, which is located in the northwestern part of the North American state of Georgia, observed a triangular UFO.
“We were sitting in the backyard of a friend’s house, when suddenly I noticed that rather strange thoughts began to come into my head, I felt a strange desire to find something,” eyewitnesses wrote in their report to MUFON.
“We are both confident that we saw a triangular object rotating in a vertical plane with a large circle in the center, from which something like a haze emanated. Sometimes the haze became so thick that the ship could not be seen from behind. At each end of the triangle there were three pulsating circles that emitted green, red and blue colors and rotated at an incredible speed,”- the two bosom friends still cannot stomach what happened to them a few hours after the solar eclipse.
The eyewitnesses were so shocked by what they saw that in their report they decided to mention that they were of sound mind and did not take any medications.
According to their report, the object momentarily dropped below the tree line, and then, while spinning, rose high into the sky, hovered for a while and flew northward at an incredible speed.
“We were both speechless and could not say anything for several minutes,” - trying to comprehend what they saw, the friends noted that a minute later, four military aircraft appeared in the sky, which at full speed swept in the same direction as the UFO.
