If we assume that the flood, as the last of the catastrophes, is just what is still relatively fresh in the memory of mankind, then the previous catastrophe was fire from heaven. So, there is reason to suppose that the biblical "Apocalypse", in other words "Revelations of John the Theologian", is nothing more than an algorithm, a "timetable" of humanity, which repeats itself cyclically, and not a prophecy, as the church fathers say.
What do the Indians say about the end of the era of the Fifth Sun? Until 2012, they talked about it as “the time when the continents begin to move. And this will bring death to those living on Earth, they called the coming change - the era of Movement."
The ancient Maya and Aztecs believed that the Sun of the fifth cycle was already old, and heralded the transition to a new era of the Sun, in December 2012. It is this time that ancient civilizations indicate when speaking about the change of eras.
