According to the press service of the university, artificial telepathy should help ensure the interaction of soldiers on the battlefield through the most intuitive interface that can be imagined - direct, not mediated by any input-output devices of telepathy.
In addition, artificial telepathy should help, for example, doctors and paralyzed patients, as well as find other commercial applications.
At the heart of the artificial telepathy system is a complex that allows you to obtain electroencephalographic profiles of the electromagnetic fields of the brain, as well as a speech recognition system that allows you to interpret the commands, thoughts and actions of a person manifested in the electromagnetic field of the brain.
At the current stage of research, the provision of two-way telepathy between two people, apparently, is not expected - the only task is to directly enter data into computer systems - for example, to provide target designation.
