What is the connection with our country? The most direct: the flight was a joint Soviet-American one. The Apollo-20 crew included USSR pilot-cosmonaut Alexei Leonov. He was accompanied by American astronauts William Rutledge and Marieta Snyder.
Leonov and Rutledge landed on the moon, reached the alien ship, and infiltrated. Snyder remained in orbit in the command module. Filmed by Rutledge. He talked about what he saw.

This is the very essence of the story. The length of the ship is more than 3 thousand meters, the age is 1.5 billion years. Leonov and Rutledge reached the wheelhouse and found the remains of the pilots - a man and a woman. The man's body is badly decomposed, and the woman is well preserved. As the visitors decided, the preservation was facilitated by the thin film that covered the body.
The woman lay naked in the wheelhouse. The genitals, chest, skin, hair looked quite human. Except for the fingers, which were 6 on each hand and foot. Cables and some kind of levers stretched to the fingers and to the face. The woman was 165 centimeters tall. She was named Mona Lisa and brought to Earth. Together with the head of a man. Where the aliens are now is unknown.

The film was followed by an interview with this very William Rutledge, now living in Africa. He confirmed that it was so. And when asked why Alexei Arkhipovich Leonov was silent about Apollo-20, he replied that probably no one had asked him. If you ask Leonov unexpectedly, he confesses. But if he already knows that cadres exist, he will deny everything.
Truth: I was about to call Alexey Arkhipovich, an old friend of Komsomolskaya Pravda, to catch him off guard, as Rutledge advised. But then there was a recognition of the French artist Terry Speth, who said that he spoke on behalf of Rutledge. That is, the story about Apollo 20 and the alien Mona Lisa is a fake, an invention he invented. And the footage allegedly from the moon and from the alien ship is also his - the Frenchman posted them in series on YouTube, reporting that they were translated into video format from the original 16-mm film.
In confirmation of his recognition, Speth showed off his book Apollo 20 la mission inconnue: Memoires du Commandant de la mission William Rutledge, in which the fictional story is presented in full. The genre is quasi-documentary fiction a la Dan Brown.
“I wanted to draw people's attention to the secrets of space,” the Frenchman said in defense.
Bottom line: alas, Alexey Arkhipovich did not fly to the moon, did not look at aliens.
Telekinesis by Ninel Kulagina - a phenomenon or a scam?
Ninel Kulagina thundered in the 60s - 70s of the last century. She is familiar to many from the sensational documentaries that were then filmed. The shots were really fascinating: the woman, with the power of her thoughts, turned the compass needle, moved various objects on the table, demonstrating the so-called telekinesis. Thus, she convinced others that people are capable of more than is commonly believed.
Thanks to Kulagina and among serious scientists, there were enthusiasts who began to believe that supernatural abilities exist. We started looking for their sources.

Ninel Kulagina assured that she could move any objects with the help of telekinesis.
Truth: Yuri Gorny, an artist of the original genre, who collaborated with the famous commission on pseudoscience, understood the Kulagina phenomenon quite well. Here is what he wrote: “In all her tricks, Kulagina used strong magnets and thin threads, invisible to the observer. Sometimes she did it subtly. For example, she asked to cover the matches with a glass, but they still moved, changing the direction that she asked. Thin steel needles were preliminarily driven into the matches, which were influenced by magnets located in her shoes and in the abdomen.
If skeptics are to be believed, then magnets - powerful and compact samarium-cobalt - were supplied to Kulagin by her husband-engineer.
One of the main skeptics, RAS Corresponding Member Alexei Ivanitsky, watched Kulagina move the cap of a ballpoint pen across the table. For a long time I could not understand what the secret was. Until I saw on the film that the woman was moving the cap off with something thin - like hair with knots. It turned out to be a nylon thread attached to the stomach. Several of these devices were found on Ninelle when she was examined in a psychiatric clinic.

Bottom line: in some experiments Kulagina cheated - so many have caught her. But not all of the "quack tricks" of Ninel Sergeevna, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, by the way, have been explained. Which leaves room for doubt. What if it's not just the magnets, needles and threads?
Alien robots from the village of Konantsevo
The events that unfolded on June 6, 1989 in the Vologda region became the most significant in the history of Russian ufology. First, they were reported by TASS - the Telegraph Agency of the Soviet Union, which was incredible for that time. The essence of the information was as follows: in the village of Konantsevo, located near the city of Kharovsk, a whole squadron of unidentified flying objects landed. The eyewitnesses are local schoolchildren.
TASS was followed by newspapers - from Pravda to Socialist Industry, in which I then worked. An expeditionary group of the USSR Academy of Sciences left for the scene. The then chairman of the section on the study of anomalous phenomena of the All-Union Astronomical and Geodetic Society (VAGO) Anatoly Listratov was there. He told me what he managed to scout.
The story began with the Kharovskaya regional newspaper Prizyv. It was there that excited schoolchildren came running - students of the 3rd and 5th grades, who became eyewitnesses of supernatural events. Children noticed a luminous dot in the sky, which in a few seconds increased in size, sank and turned into a bright ball about 4 meters in diameter. The ball touched a small hillock, rolled off it and stopped in the bushes by the river.
Then the ball opened up, and a figure appeared from it, similar to a man without a head. The "body" is flat. Black "legs", "body" - short and slightly lighter, the top is yellow, flickering, at the level of the "chest" - a bright glowing disk. The "arms" are long - much lower than the "knees". This is how the observers saw the alien.
The figure moved to the outskirts, rearranging the "legs" and at the same time not bending them, reached the post with the transformer and stopped there. At that moment the ball had already disappeared into the air - it darkened and disappeared. But another arrived - with the same creature that disappeared after only a few meters.
In half an hour, four identical balls landed near the village of Konantsevo, which released four identical "men in black". And then they all disappeared - both the balls and the "people".
Truth: scientists have ruled out hoaxes and mass hallucinations - not only schoolchildren have seen UFOs. The military with radars did not notice anything supernatural that day. But they said that they regularly observe strange footprints on the screens. On the eve of the "Kharov visit", the UFO was observed by the deputy director of the local school Vasily Prudnikov: a luminous "mushroom" stood by the road - a leg about two meters high, a hat a little more. There are sockets on it.

A crowd of people rushed to the house, demanding to show the "petrified girl". For more than a week, residents fought off the curious. A photo of a creepy 25-centimeter mummy discovered in the summer of 1996 in the north of the Chelyabinsk region near the town of Kyshtym in the village of Kaolinovy, without exaggeration, has flown around the world. Kyshtym dwarf - this is how the creature was officially christened. According to the most fascinating version, this creature came from another planet. That is, it was a humanoid alien.

The mummy eventually disappeared - it was taken away either by ufologists or sectarians. It seems to be buried. Or maybe they hide it somewhere (KP journalists are trying to find the little body - see kp.ru). Therefore, it is now impossible to seriously investigate Alyoshenka. And few people remember the results of long-standing examinations. Although the doctors who dealt with the already pretty dried-up mummy, concluded that the Kyshtym dwarf is a human baby born prematurely at about the 24th week of pregnancy with numerous developmental disabilities.
At the Institute of General Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a blood test was carried out, soaked in a rag in which Aleshenka was wrapped. Human DNA was isolated from it, in which only the female X chromosomes were found. That is, it did not belong to a boy, but to a girl who could well be called Mashenka. There are several more such mummies in the world - even fewer than ours. They are also passed off as the remains of alien creatures. But Alyoshenka-Mashenka is still the most famous.
