A strange phenomenon has been registered on the Italian island of Sicily: for more than a week now, electronic digital clocks have been in a hurry for 10-20 minutes every day for many residents of the island

An unusual phenomenon has been registered in many cities of Sicily, and for the first time so massively. The phenomenon has become a real mystery, since so far no one has been able to establish its causes. In the meantime, the inhabitants of the island continue to experience minor inconveniences: from being late for a bus or train, to delays in work or school.

And in fact, how can one logically explain the fact that at the same time more than a thousand electronic devices (including alarms and various household timers) began to malfunction in different zones of the island?

Investigation of the mystical phenomenon, in the best traditions of the film X-files, is carried out by specialists from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Catania. Among the versions put forward, there are also quite plausible ones: the cause of the anomaly is unregulated solar panels, experiments by radio amateurs, as well as repair work of an underwater electric cable, which has been underway since mid-May. But at the moment, the mystery of the hurrying clock remains unsolved.
