Mental illnesses proceed in different ways. Someone believes in a world conspiracy, others think that they are slowly being killed by some kind of disease, induced from outside. There are people who have the disease without danger to society, there are violent ones. Each of them is looking for an explanation for their condition, and many find it in the "Moscow Committee for the Ecology of Housing." "Lenta.ru" tells how these people believed that they were being irradiated with "psychotronic devices".

Mum

Mom opened the door and entered the apartment. Her face was expressionless, her hair was usually neatly styled and disheveled, and there was no hat. It turns out that some punks robbed her - took her bag. There was practically nothing in the bag, but she was dumbfounded and shaken to the core. The USSR collapsed recently, and now this too. The next day, she confidently stated that the bag was taken by the son of neighbors from the fifth floor - she allegedly heard through the ceiling as they were discussing it. A day later, it turned out that the neighbors had a listening device - they hear everything they talk about in the apartment.

After a couple of weeks, the listening device turned into a visor, with the help of which the neighbors saw through the ceiling everything that the people were doing below. Therefore, my mother strictly forbade her son to watch a new expensive TV - after all, the screen light can be “registered”, and then they can break the door and take out the equipment and valuables.

Finally, after two months, everything fell into place. Mom heard the voices of neighbors from the fifth floor not with her ears, they penetrated directly into the brain. She had already forgotten about the punks and the robbery, because the problem was much more serious: agents of the special services sat on top, in whose hands were a terrible weapon - psychotronic. With the help of it, they read the thoughts of their mother, inspired her with their attitudes, and also "burned the body with a laser", causing her unbearable pain. According to her, it was a big state experiment. The authorities carried out "psychotronic terror" of the population.

At first, my mother tried to fight - she went to the police, to other government agencies, wrote statements, complained that half-people, half-beasts, victims of genetic experiments came to the apartment on the fifth floor. She claimed that she saw her dead father, whom the psychotronists kidnapped, then brainwashed him, and then forced him to work as a janitor. Then my mother more or less calmed down and realized that no one would listen to her anyway. She stopped talking at home about psychotronic terror, but in the drawers of her writing-desk sheets of paper were multiplying, covered with neat and neat handwriting. All the atrocities of the special services, all the thoughts that the "psi-operators" "inspired" her, all the "genetic experiments" were described in them. She continued to keep this chronicle until her death.

In another drawer was a rotaprinted brochure. Its cover featured a black-and-white illustration - a drawing that was definitely not a professional artist. It was mixed with the faces of people, distorted by anguish, parabolic antennas and other horrors. Such literature could easily be found at the numerous Moscow bookstores.

War with the Psychotronic Mills

With the beginning of the era of glasnost in the USSR, information began to openly flow into the country and to which Soviet citizens had no access to before. In addition to the obvious positive results, this led to the fact that the population became acquainted with the teachings of various sects and various conspiracy theories. One of them was the theory of the existence of psychotronic weapons, devices that allow you to subtly control the work of the subject's body and brain at a distance.

For the first time the term "psychotronics" was suggested to be used by the French engineer Fernand Clerk to describe parapsychological phenomena in conjunction with modern technologies and phenomena. It was popularized by the Czech scientist Zdenek Reydak, who defined it as "an interdisciplinary field of scientific knowledge that studies the distant interactions between living organisms and the environment mediated by consciousness and perception processes." In essence, it was all the same parapsychology, but the new term was supposed to rid this area of pseudoscience from negative connotations. Her tasks did not change - they remained the study of telepathy and other psychic abilities.

In Russia, the new term was adopted in 1993 by physiologist Igor Vinokurov and professor of biophysics Georgy Gurtovoy, authors of the book “Psychotronic war. From myths to realities”. Starting with the concept of Reidak, they moved on to a worldwide conspiracy, in which the authorities and special services of different countries participate. Combining conjectures and facts, as well as freely interpreting them, they told about a secret plan of the authorities of different countries and a kind of "mafia" who use "psychotronic weapons" capable of subduing people by the will of "psi-operators". With the help of it, experts supposedly read thoughts, inspire them with the experimental and produce other effects on the victim, thus turning it into a zombie.

(For the sake of fairness, it should be noted that Vinokurov is also the author of the book "Horror: An Illustrated Narrative of Evil Spirits", which in the same way describes the encounter of eyewitnesses with devils, poltergeists and other paranormal phenomena in isolation from high technologies.)

"Psychotronic War" has become the reference book of the fighters against the zombification of the population. If earlier these people could not understand where the voices in their heads came from and why their health condition is constantly deteriorating, now everything was clear - this state is testing psychotronic weapons on innocent citizens in order to prepare for a global confrontation between powers.

Soon, the first organization of people resisting the "zombie" appeared in Moscow - the "Moscow Committee for the Ecology of Housing". Its activists staged rallies and pickets, wrote petitions to government agencies, urging the authorities to "end the genocide of their own people."

It still exists today. “Citizens, wake up! You are turned into slaves, biorobots, stand up to protect your children and grandchildren. It is time to put an end to the arbitrariness and lawlessness carried out by the government with the criminal intelligence services and law enforcement agencies and establish law and order in the country,”reads a statement posted on the main page of the organization's website. There are similar associations in other cities of Russia, as well as abroad.

Heat protection committee

On Sunday morning in December 2016, the "Committee" gathers for another round table. Its members meet at one of the Moscow metro stations. Most are people in their 60s, neatly dressed but tasteless enough. However, there is a young man and a girl of 25-30 years old.

Soon the head of the organization appears - Alla Petukhova. She immediately asks if the Lenta.ru correspondent has documents confirming his identity and place of work, otherwise there have already been cases when the special services sent their people to them. However, she will never check them, being content with the words that they are.

An elderly woman in a bright red coat and leopard-rimmed glasses immediately starts talking about how difficult it is to get an outside observer to believe that a person is being irradiated. But who? “The mafia is in conjunction with government agencies, of course,” she says confidently. Soon a young man, who knows what the matter is, intervenes in the conversation: the Freemasons, the Rothschilds and the rest of the world government need this to make people obedient to zombies - it's easier to manage them.

“I go to concerts when world stars come to us, and they always look into the hall exactly in my eyes,” he suddenly says. A middle-aged woman with her hair dyed bright red joins the conversation. It turns out that it only seems to a young man - everything is in his head. She, too, faced such an illusion, "induced by psi operators." “Once I am sitting in a subway car, and then an American military man appears, passes and leaves through another door,” she gives an example of such an obsession. Of course, the majority of those present have been "irradiating", "burning with a laser" for at least several years, and also applying other methods of remote exposure to them.

Finally, the group begins to move to the roundtable venue. On the street another elderly woman speaks to the Lenta.ru correspondent. She chatters, trying to lay out as much information as possible about how "torsion fields, changing the spin of electrons" are used against people. As she says, she herself is not influenced, but she worries about the children. The woman uncovered the conspiracy of the state: the Unified State Exam (USE) was introduced in order to test zombie technologies on underage citizens of Russia. When the meeting participants approach the entrance of a residential building, she immediately points to a panel with a video surveillance camera installed next to the door - according to her, this is another "emitter".

The round table is being held in an ordinary apartment in a Moscow high-rise building. There are many guests, some have come from other cities. Alla Petukhova was the first to take the floor, uttering, apparently, already familiar words: the authorities do nothing, people are killed. “Children with the 47th chromosome are born from radiation, immediately with oncology, our people, not understanding what is happening to them, run to clinics, to doctors who begin to prescribe expensive medicines for them,” she broadcasts.

But drugs do not help, and the reason for this is, of course, psychotronic weapons, created on the basis of the developments of the Nazi department of Ahnenerbe. The conspiracy is global - the world elites are conducting similar tests all over the world, "so that the people are like cattle, and they are like shepherds to whom they would obey."

“We have gathered this round table to develop a resolution and address it to the government, so that some measures can be taken about what, therefore, will be enough to destroy people,” says Petukhova.

The next speaker is Tamara Tretyakova, Candidate of Technical Sciences, who is going to demonstrate methods of irradiation of people in photos and videos. She tries for a long time to turn on the TV, into which a flash drive with materials is stuck, but she does not succeed, since the woman directs the remote from the device up. "Maybe the battery is weak?" - suggests one of those present. “No, they cut it down! This is not the first time we have encountered such a situation,”his more“experienced”comrades assure him with a grin.

The insidious TV still manages to win. A demonstration of psychotronic horrors begins: here is a swollen leg, here is Tretyakova's hump, which she was "built up", here is linoleum, speckled with dark dots - it was "the psi-operators shot at him with a laser."

A long and lengthy discussion begins in the room about how to understand all this and who is to blame. Those present express a variety of opinions. Oddly enough, although they are extremely controversial, the participants in the meeting very soon bring them into a single picture, in which, in addition to the conspiracy of the mafia and special services, there is even a place for aliens.

Petukhova introduces the following speaker: "a very respected man Vyacheslav Pavlovich," an elderly man with a Valdai bell in his hands. He begins to explain at what frequencies "psychotronists" affect the body of "victims".

“Three years ago, I surprised everyone here in Khimki,” he says. - I took a lid like this in the kitchen. I knocked her, and she at my place, instead of even quieting down, did this: "wow-wow-wow!" I think: what is it? I go further, I look everywhere - the same thing. Then it disappeared, and I thought, the church bells must also have uneven sound! So, an electromagnetic wave, it always pulls the acoustics if it passes through a material medium. It overlaps and looms that low modulation frequency. And now it's "wow wow wow!" just by this bell.

In confirmation of his words, Vyacheslav Pavlovich rings the bell. Everyone listens, and the Lenta.ru correspondent starts to make his way to the exit. At the door, Tamara Tretyakova catches him and, while he gets dressed, talks about his life.

They allegedly began to experiment on her back in 1978, when she worked at the Scientific Research Institute of Automatic Systems. In Soviet times, Tretyakova did not understand what was happening to her, she complained to the police, and they tried to put her in a mental hospital. Only in the 1990s, when she became a member of the Moscow Committee for the Ecology of Housing, did she understand who was behind all this. At parting, Tretyakov presents an old book - "The Secret Weapon of Information War: An Attack on the Subconscious." It is all crossed out by marks, and there are crumpled pieces of paper in it. One of them says: "Military-industrial complex - 592, FSB - 218, Ministry of Internal Affairs - 1719".

Four people

Years go by, but people who believe that psychotronic weapons are being tested on them do not decrease, and this is not only the Moscow Committee for the Ecology of Housing. The Internet provides rich opportunities for the dissemination of information about "psychoterror". Some activists create videos in which others find more and more confirmation of their theory, and write lengthy texts, spreading them on social networks. "Lenta.ru" spoke with some of those who are "irradiated with psychotronic weapons."

Vyacheslav

On the VKontakte page there is a man born in 1977. He is a biker, interested in history, he seems to have many friends. They began to "irradiate" him two years ago - in his words, "this is a super-high frequency imposition, which is based on the principles of NLP." It gives out a lot of pseudoscientific information. He believes that psychiatrists are in collusion with the special services and that they know everything.

Sergei

The voice is quiet and indifferent. He says that he has been “exposed” for seven years already: he is talking “to himself, but not really with himself,” and with whom he cannot even imagine. “Conversations are mostly about suicide: you have to hang yourself, you will end sooner or later, you will not work for a long time at work,” he explains. He repeatedly turned to psychiatrists, they prescribed medications for him that did not help. I read in books and on the Internet that these can be psychotronic devices. He was kicked out of work, once beaten:

- At first, they walked under the windows, yelling, then some sound passed, said, "I'm this supermag there," and so on. I thought - okay, so what, it's all in my head. And then they began to communicate with me in this way, and I don’t know … - Sergey tells a little confusedly. - I changed my job because of this, because sometimes it is unbearable. The puppet theater, which walks on the street there … Five of them will be stuffed in the face, and that's all. And where will I go to work like that? It’s not profitable to keep me in such a job, not that highly paid, but, at least, with prosperity.

Tatyana

Speaks very quickly, incoherently. She lived in the town of Slantsy, in 2002 she moved to St. Petersburg. She claims that she "underwent remote brain surgery", as a result of which she "heard the movement of all ultrasounds, infrasounds, X-rays for several years."

- I was shown how the ceiling is drilled right through. In my presence, these microcircuits were hammered into the ceilings. I heard the nanotechnology-smeared (colorless) TV screen ringing, she says.

Tatiana communicates with other "victims". I met a woman who has a whirlwind rushing along her spine with great speed, causing unbearable pain, both at work and on the street. “The guys who accompanied her were mostly young people, about six people,” she says. "Probably, one of them showed me this vortex, the flow of energy along the spine." I am very glad that the media are finally raising the topic of "psychotronic weapons".

Lily

I do not agree to speak on the phone, communicates in personal correspondence. She says that she has been "irradiated" since 1993. She claims that in various parts of her body, in various internal organs "from the surrounding atmosphere, forcefully directed electric rays are pushed inside." I went to psychiatrists, who said that they "do not consider inflammation of the bladder wall from electrical injections." At the end of the conversation, he declares: "Right now, power electric rays are being stuck into my right chest, I clearly felt it."

All in a heap

Most of these people believe that the reasons for their suffering are not at all some mysterious supernatural force, but modern military technologies that the state and some mafia are testing on people. In support of their words, they cite the existence of such American developments as the Active Repulsion System, the LRAD acoustic emitter and the HAARP installation.

“People are piling up acoustic guns, microwave generators, and the aurora project. It's hard to say something here. But looking at these activists, you really start to believe that we are all being irradiated. Because here they are, the victims,”comments Andrey Konyaev, editor-in-chief of the popular science publication N + 1.

Indeed, the Active Repulsion System is a microwave emitter designed to disperse unauthorized demonstrations. The only effect it produces is an intolerable burning sensation on the skin of the person standing next to it. LRAD is also used to disperse crowds, only its principle of operation is different - it emits a high sound at a frequency of 2.5 kHz. It is simply impossible to tolerate it, but it does not produce and cannot produce any concrete influence on the psyche.

Finally, HAARP, although it looks, in the opinion of the conspiracy theorist, extremely suspicious - as a platform uniformly studded with strange-looking antennas - is actually used to study the Earth's ionosphere. It is impossible to use this setting to "control the weather" or, even more so, to influence the mind of the masses of people - this is contrary to science as such.

Medical history

Why, then, do “victims of psychotronic weapons” sacredly believe that they exist? "The story of delirium is almost always relevant," explains psychiatrist, Ph. D. Peter Kamenchenko, "it changes along with the main priorities of society." In the Middle Ages, the main plot of delirium was devils, witches, the Satanic Sabbath, and so on. People believed that they were subject to the influence of evil spirits. “A hundred years ago, patients believed that people from the Kremlin took feces on a stick and transmitted its smell through electricity,” adds Artyom Gilev, head of the intensive psychiatric care unit at neuropsychiatric dispensary # 13.

In the 80s, the KGB or the CIA were very popular. People believed that they were influenced by some special mechanisms or rays in order to induce certain actions in them. When the perestroika came into force in 1988, psychics became the main theme - the impact on a person with the help of all sorts of paranormal capabilities.

“In psychiatry, there is the Kandinsky-Klerambo openness syndrome,” says Kamenchenko. “A person thinks that he is being inspired by some thoughts or, for example, certain actions of his are known to everyone - he thought something, and everyone already knows about it.” This is one of the main symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia. During it, people experience a sensation of impact on themselves. It seems to them that they are controlled, that these are not their thoughts, they are induced (so-called automatisms). At the same time, it seems to them that everyone knows their thoughts.

At the same time, such a person does not necessarily look insane from the point of view of society. “He may have monothematic delusions in which no other aspects of his life are affected,” explains Gilev. A person will be able to speak adequately, work normally, everything will be fine for him, but he will react inadequately on the topic of psychotronic devices.

TV

People who believe that they are "irradiated", "shone through", "burned", "inspire thoughts" are extremely different. Some of them are more adequate, some less. Each such person has his own picture of the world. The fight against the "psychotronic war" allows them to unite into one group - after all, neither relatives nor the state take their condition seriously. Complainants who come to government departments for help either do not notice or openly laugh at them.

The federal media rarely bring up the topic of mental health - for them, there are no such people. However, occasionally the Moscow Committee for the Ecology of Housing gets its share of attention, as was the case in 2013, when one of the central TV channels made a film about “psychotronic weapons”, confirming all the fears of Alla Petukhova and company. There were both the American developments mentioned above, and the statements of activists, presented as if the authors of the tape were communicating not with sick people, but with carriers of important information.

There was even a "inventor of psychotronic weapons." For him was issued a psychotherapist who developed a dubious method of drug addiction treatment. However, some of his phrases, loosely placed in the context of the film script, sounded like a mysterious revelation.

So it turns out that these people have no one to hope for. In the absence of help from the state and society and with the whipping up of hysteria in the media, they will stray into collectives, where they will jointly generate the most insane conspiracy theories, explaining their condition with them. In case of health problems, "psychotronists" will not go to the doctor, because experienced comrades will tell them that all medical workers are also involved in the conspiracy, and what will the doctor do if they burn you with a laser and "twist a vortex around the spinal column"?

* * *

In recent years, my mother practically did not discuss psychotronic war with her son, however, when he complained of a headache or other ailment, she nodded understandingly and said: “Well, you know what the matter is. Someday all this will be revealed and you will still remember me. She always wore a coil of copper wire behind her ear to neutralize the effects of destructive psychotronic radiation.

Mom's mouth often smelled of acetone - she probably suffered from diabetes, but it was impossible to send her to the doctor, because she knew “who they were working for,” and when calling an ambulance she immediately wrote a refusal, even when she was lying practically at of death. Psychiatric clinics refused it - the patient did not pose a threat to society. On June 20, 2011, Larisa Andreevna Karpova went to the dacha to weed the weeds, and there she had an acute attack of diabetes. The son found his mother's body three days later.
