56-year-old Isaac Malopé is desperately trying to save his marriage and the point here is not at all a betrayal of his wife, a dispute over money or something else familiar. The point is the evil creature tokolosh from folklore.
In an interview with the Daily Sun, Isaac told his sad story. He and his wife live in South Africa in a place called Alemansdrift in the province of Mpumalanga. For many years they lived a calm life, but now they are afraid to go to bed because of terrible nightmares that began to haunt both of them, as well as because of the strange sounds on the roof, as if something alive was running there.
The problem began 25 years ago, and then he and his wife were sure that a creature named tokoloshe had begun to terrorize them. But they went to the Sangoma - a medicine man, and he managed to drive the tokoloshe away. But now the tokoloshe is back.
“Every night, my wife and I have terrible nightmares. We dream of a small skull, like a child's, and also a snake that turns into a pipe,”complains Isaac.
And Isaac also says that the tokoloshe even got into their bed, because now he and his wife cannot make love. As soon as they want to get closer, something starts to make a loud noise.
Isaac is sure that the problem lies in envious relatives. The witch doctor told him that Isaac had a certain gift, his relatives found out about this and sent a tocolosha to his house. Isaac says that he himself would not be very worried about all this, but he is very upset that the tokolosha interferes with his wife.
“I’m afraid my wife might leave me. Now I am ready to ask for help from anyone who can help me with this problem."
Isaac tells. that he had already tried again to ask the sangom for help, but this time for some reason the medicine man could not help him. Isaac has already spent a lot of money looking for a solution to the problem and has already begun asking for money from friends and acquaintances.
