From European legends, you can learn about small and evil creatures, which are called devils. Less commonly, they are called demons or imps. What kind of creatures are they? And do devils really exist?
In different cultures, devils are described in different ways, but everywhere they have similar features: small stature, vile and unpleasant facial features (more likely even muzzles or faces), hooligan behavior and a tendency to sabotage. Most often they were portrayed as evil and were always considered petty servants of Satan. And it would seem that descriptions of meetings with these creatures could take place exclusively in the Middle Ages, at a time when people were illiterate and extremely pious. Damn in a new home
An eyewitness named George said that when he was eleven years old, his family moved to a new home in Benish, California. On the very first day, the boy felt that something was wrong with the house. Soon, the boy's mother, Julia, began to notice that someone was moving small objects around the house: either the car keys would disappear, or the TV remote control would disappear. Once, George's younger sister reported that she saw red glowing eyes at night, which looked at her from the closet at night. The sister was scared, and the older brother believed her, he did not see his eyes, but he felt the presence of the otherworldly in the house.
“And one night I woke up from an incomprehensible noise. I looked around the room in the twilight and saw a figure no more than half a meter in height, which was jumping between our beds. The creature jumped up and looked at me with red eyes. I could not see the face - only the eyes. I screamed out of fear, and our mother flew into the room. But she didn't see anything as soon as her mother opened the door - the creature evaporated into thin air.
For three days everything was calm, and then I woke up again at night. Remembering the previous incident, I began to look around the room and again saw this creature, this time it was just standing between the beds. Our eyes met, I screamed again in fear, and again my mother came running. And again he managed to disappear, but I noticed how the devil froze for a second or a half in front of the wall, before completely evaporating."
George says he saw this trait several more times until he finally got up the courage to tell his mom about it. Mom listened, but did not answer her son. Many years later, Julia told her son that she also saw this creature, but kept silent so as not to frighten the children. The family did not live in that house for long. They sold the house and moved to live in another city.

An incident in the park
Another trait was seen by a resident of Bangor in Ireland when she walked with her dog in the local park Croffordsburn Country. It was a warm and clear day, and the woman with the dog reached the brook until something incredible happened:
