The mysterious death of the Dyatlov group is an event around which, perhaps, the largest number of pseudoscientific and pseudo-historical research appears in history. Over the past 10 days, two new hypotheses have appeared: about the mysterious glowing yellow balls and about another UFO.

Recently, in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, 80-year-old international master of sports Rudolf Sedov, who took part in a search and rescue operation in 1959, mentioned that they had seen strange glowing yellow balls at that time on the pass. Representatives of the Mansi people living in those places allegedly reported to the investigators about a huge fiery yellow ball that appeared over the pass on the night of the death of the group. Search engines and tourists saw this unusual phenomenon some time after the disappearance of the group: on February 17 and March 31. Investigator L. I. Ivanov subsequently published an article “The Mystery of Fireballs” in the newspaper “Kustanayskaya Pravda”, in which he suggested that a UFO was the cause of the death of tourists. However, according to Rudolf Sedov, the point is not about the aliens, but about some "secret tests"held at that time around the area. At the same time, members of the Dyatlov group could become unwanted witnesses and were eliminated. It is worth noting that back in Soviet times, the investigation considered evidence of a "fireball" or balls and correlated them with the launch from the Tyuratam (Baikonur) training ground a few days after the tragedy.

In addition, a few days ago, the media reported: Nizhny Tagil radio amateur-ufologist Valentin Degterev on satellite images of the area known as the Dyatlov Pass, traces of an old UFO disaster and even published a video with "evidence." According to the unknown researcher, the crashed alien ship may be related to the death of the tourist group. By the way, Valentin Degtyarev has already come to the attention of the media quite recently: he allegedly found a flash on an amateur video, talking about an explosion on board the Mi-8 helicopter that crashed near Spitsbergen on October 26. Prior to that, Degtyarev found strange objects on Mars, indicated the place of the An-2 emergency landing and made many more amazing discoveries.

Among other fantastic assumptions about why the Dyatlov group died, versions of the tests of secret weapons were heard more than once. Some of them were hit and provoked a stampede, and the blast wave caused injuries. Or, as they say, the group could meet with the Bigfoot, from whom the guys rushed to flee, but he caught up with some and crushed them. Some idle commentators believe that the group found an artifact belonging to some ancient people, for example, the descendants of the Aryans, and was destroyed in order to preserve the secrecy. Others believe that there is nothing to look for in the vicinity of any fantastic creatures: at that time in the USSR there was a force more terrible than Bigfoot and the ancient Aryans, more destructive than a comet or a supposedly flying meteorite - the State Security Committee. His possibilities were almost endless,It is impossible to understand the motives of the employees, and the documents are still hidden in secret archives.

Recall: 9 student tourists, now known as the "Dyatlov Group", died on the night of February 2, 1959 in the Northern Urals. The investigation established that the tourists left the tent at night, cutting it from the inside. Most of them froze to death and three died as a result of injuries, with no signs of violence or fighting found; most likely, the reason is a fall from a height. In addition, modern forensic experts doubt that the injuries were lifetime. Also, some of them could arise as a result of the rapid freezing of bodies. What scared the tourists and made them go down at night in an organized manner: animals, strong winds that blew off the tent, an avalanche or something else - remained unclear. The investigation concluded that one of the tourists, who was outside, gave the remaining a certain signal or command. In total, about 50 tourists died in different regions of the USSR in 1959.
