This truly mystical structure was discovered in the remote mountainous region of Howie Marka, near the Peruvian city of Puno. This ancient city in the local dialect is referred to as the "City of the Gods" and to this day remains insufficiently studied due to its inaccessibility.
During air flights of this area, the researchers discovered many buildings and statues. But this artifact was discovered from the ground by the local guide José Luis Delgado Mamani.
