The agreements were concluded on September 24th. In the full version of the documents, cited by the resource "GosZatraty", it is indicated that the funds will compensate for the costs of producing "socially significant projects in the field of electronic media." In total, it is planned to release 141 episodes of the TV show, 12 minutes each. The agreements indicate that now Elena Malysheva will teach Russians on three topics.
