Over the past 12 years, the news that the United States is expanding the network of military biological laboratories in the former republics of the USSR, thus surrounding Russia, has caused great attention and fears among the public in the post-Soviet space and not only there, Serbian journalist Zoran Milosevic writes in "Print".
These laboratories operate in secret and are not obliged to obey the requirements of agreements on their opening and operation, Zoran Milosevic writes in his article.
There are American military biological laboratories in Georgia (there are several of them, and one of them was closed after persistent protests from the population), in Kazakhstan (there is one such institution), Azerbaijan (since 2013), Armenia (since 2016).
Interestingly, since the 2014 color revolution in Ukraine, this state is turning into a major base for US military biological laboratories, and it has attracted close public attention. Indeed, incredible epidemics do happen in Ukraine, which are mostly silent.
From 2014 to 2017, a total of 15 US military biological laboratories were built in Ukraine. They employ exclusively Americans, and they are funded entirely from the budget of the US Department of Defense. Local authorities have pledged not to interfere with their work. E
These military laboratories, where they are mainly engaged in the study and production of viruses and bacteria, are located in the following cities: Odessa, Vinnitsa, Uzhgorod, Lvov (three), Kharkov, Kiev (three), Kherson, Ternopil. There are several such laboratories near the Crimea and the Lugansk People's Republic.
It is noteworthy that after Poroshenko and his clique came to power, the work of American military biological laboratories in Ukraine was even more classified, and all local media were banned from writing about them, although these laboratories are dangerous for Russia, Belarus, Moldova, and Transnistria, and for the countries of the European Union.

Russian Igor Nikulin (an expert working in the UN, more precisely in the Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons) told the Russian newspaper Pravda why the United States is surrounding Russia with military biological laboratories, the construction of which has already cost more than a billion dollars.
Nikulin said that now there are about 400 such laboratories in the world, and new ones are being built. Most of them are in the former republics of the Soviet Union and in Asia (next to China and Iran). Thus, the United States fully controls the biological and phytosanitary situation in the region. A new laboratory was opened in Azerbaijan this year, and in Armenia in 2016.
When representatives of the American leadership are asked why these military laboratories are being built, they always answer the same thing. Allegedly, the whole point is "the protection and prosperity of the local population, because there are dangerous viruses and bacteria that the USSR left behind." True, the facts suggest otherwise.
It is known that with the help of the US National Institutes of Health at the Medical Center in the Netherlands, a genetically modified avian influenza virus was created that can be transmitted from person to person. Then the European Union had to spend millions of euros to protect the population, and, by the way, vaccines were purchased from American pharmaceutical companies.
Despite the fact that the Ukrainian media, as we have already noted, are silent about this problem, the world press, including the Western, has already written that the United States is carrying out prohibited experiments with biological weapons on the very border of Ukraine with Russia.
At the same time, Western journalists did not take the side of Russia, which is in clear danger, but were more worried about themselves. Indeed, all these comments say that viruses and bacteria that cause epidemics cannot be kept on the territory of the state that is attacked with their help. In other words, an artificial epidemic will easily spread from Russia to other EU countries.
In the opinion of knowledgeable Western experts, such actions by the Pentagon and the United States can be interpreted as an act of aggression and a violation of the 1972 Geneva Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Chemical Weapons. It is all the more surprising that Moscow does not react to this situation in any way.
Nikulin believes that the biggest problem is the "leak" of viruses or bacteria from the laboratory and the emergence of diseases that did not exist before, or that were unknown, and for which mankind has no cure.
It is now known that Ukraine has already suffered several epidemics (until 2009 there were none). The population of Ukraine associates them with the beginning of the work of the first US military biological laboratory in Odessa. It is noteworthy that in order to fight each new epidemic, the Kiev government had to purchase a new vaccine from American pharmaceutical companies.
The government has spent $ 40 million just to protect the population from swine flu (H1N1), and even talk has begun that all this is simply racketeering. The state that does not buy the vaccine, by some miracle, becomes another victim of a new epidemic.
This year in the Ukrainian capital Kiev and Kherson, a smaller city, an epidemic of botulism (poisoning with fish poison, which leads to muscle spasms, suffocation and death) has broken out. There was no serum in medical institutions, and several thousand citizens of Ukraine died in terrible agony (there is no official data, but there are only statements of individual citizens in social networks, which speak of 13 thousand dead). In Ukraine, this topic is taboo. This is all because - we repeat - this is about the strategy and work of the main Ukrainian ally: the United States of America.
Unfortunately, similar epidemics in Ukraine have happened before. In 2016, an outbreak of an unknown intestinal infection occurred in Izmail (a city in the Odessa region), from which children especially suffered. More than 400 children were hospitalized in just 24 hours. The cause of the outbreak has not been established. In the same year, an incredible swine flu epidemic “befell” Ukraine, which leads to SARS.
In Ukraine, not only people suffer, but also animals. So, since 2014, pigs have been dying from the previously unknown "African swine fever". In 2015, the Kalita agricultural plant, which is located near Kiev, destroyed more than 60 thousand pigs due to this disease, and more than one hundred thousand pigs were destroyed throughout Ukraine. There is nothing to protect them from this disease, and if a person comes into contact with an infected animal, he will become infected himself.
Interestingly, the sanitary and veterinary services were unable to establish the source of the disease. African swine fever virus can persist in the ground for about eight months, and in sausage, meat or lard (even frozen) for up to five months. For six months after the burning of infected animals on the farm where they were kept, strict quarantine must be observed, and animals can be re-bred there only after a year.
The African swine fever virus is capable of “killing” a big business in pig farming, and in agriculture in general. The distribution map of this virus confirms that it is approaching Belarus, Russia and Transnistria, and if it is not overpowered there, then the question is: where will it stop.
Biological bomb
The American "biosafety" project, which is widely advertised and promoted in Ukraine, is only a maneuver, according to the novo24.ru portal, to circumvent the Geneva Convention, which prohibits such activities. The US military laboratories in Ukraine are said to "reduce biohazard" (the same is said in other countries), when in fact they are part of the Pentagon-controlled network of laboratories studying the effect of viruses and bacteria on a particular gene pool as humans. and animals and plants.
Thus, incredible opportunities open up with the help of viruses and bacteria to influence the world of plants and animals, as well as to manage local and global epidemics.
At the end of last year, the European Union banned the import of chicken from all over Ukraine, because in the Kherson region there were cases of infection with bird flu, which can also affect people who ate meat from infected poultry. The export of chicken to the EU brought Ukraine more than four million euros annually. But this is not the whole problem. Avian flu threatens to impede the export of chicken and chicken eggs to Africa and the Middle East, which is 75% of Ukrainian exports of this type of product.
In Ukraine, it is increasingly said that viruses (African swine fever and bird flu, as well as some others) tend to mutate, that is, they cannot be defeated. After mutation, they become even more dangerous and can infect water (through poor water supply systems), meat products (most often sausage) and lead to complete chaos and epidemics. This is precisely the meaning of biological bombs. They are invisible, and it is very difficult to identify the source of infection. However, one fact cannot be hidden.
When a network of American biological laboratories appeared in Ukraine, the purpose of which was supposedly to "reduce biological hazard", the number of epidemics and infections with new viruses and bacteria increased, and they began to cause enormous damage to both people and the country's economy. Due to the spread of epidemics from Ukraine to Belarus, Russia and Transnistria, the Russian media nicknamed Ukraine a “biological bomb” that can create many problems for the listed states.
All American military laboratories in Ukraine are run by the American corporation Black and Veatch Special Projects. Special mention should be made of the cost of building and operating laboratories. They tend to be many times more expensive than civilian laboratories. In addition, all laboratories are excluded from the jurisdiction of the state in which they are located and operate in a closed mode.
In the state - only US citizens who have diplomatic immunity. In other words, representatives of the host country do not have access to these laboratories (this applies even to the sanitary services). The number of employees (from 50 to 250) exceeds the required number of personnel required for this kind of work in a civil laboratory. All the heads of these military laboratories are from among the employees of the special services, the military personnel of the US Army, or proven American politicians. Also, these laboratories are often run by experts in biological weapons and biological terrorism.
All American military laboratories are located near major cities with a population of millions or near ports that make it possible to quickly evacuate. Most importantly, laboratories appear on the borders of the main American geopolitical competitors: Russia and China (simultaneously).
The location of American military laboratories on the territory of Eurasia, as Russian military experts emphasize, allows the Pentagon to take the following actions: first, to collect information about microorganisms in this territory, and this is important for creating highly effective biological weapons against Russia, Iran and China. Secondly, to participate in sabotage operations, the purpose of which is to harm the economies of the listed countries (for example, to destroy animals and poultry for food, as well as people themselves).
As for people, these laboratories are working to reduce their immunity and limit their ability to work (make people disabled). An example of such an operation is the spread of African swine fever in the center and south of Russia in 2012-2013.
It is believed that this virus was produced and spread in Russia by an American military laboratory located in Georgia. The operation was similar to those that the Pentagon had carried out for decades in Cuba. Also, American laboratories have the opportunity to test biological agents in real conditions, to more accurately monitor their distribution and behavior, in order to then adjust their properties.
American military laboratories are increasing their dependence on Western pharmaceutical companies, which usually have drugs for all new diseases. American military laboratories gained access to the results of the work of Soviet military laboratories (these data were transferred to the States in exchange for American aid by Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan).
We are talking about the knowledge that generations of Soviet scientists have collected, and this gives the Pentagon the opportunity to get an idea of what potential Russia has in this area and how capable it is to defend itself.
Take DNA for murder
In addition, curiosity about American military biological laboratories and the possibilities of biological warfare against the Russians in general fuels the request of the US Air Force Education and Training Command for DNA and synovial fluid samples from Caucasian Russians.
It is clear that this request raised a lot of questions, but the Command categorically refused to answer them. Biological weapons experts say that such specific samples are required, first of all, when biological weapons are created to destroy a certain community - in this case (white) Russians.
Computer scientists agree that biology has made a step forward, and now, based on the data stored in electronic medical records, biological weapons can be created in order to kill one or a group of certain individuals. But murder and crime in this case will not be recognized.
Igor Nikulin, who is a military expert and specialist in the UN Biological and Chemical Weapons Commission, told Pravda in 2016 that the United States had provoked the death of the late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez by infecting him with a “personal” deadly virus. Therefore, it was impossible to establish the cause of his death.
“Not only Hugo Chavez died of cancer, but many other Latin American leaders, all at a relatively young age,” Nikulin said at the time. The Americans have such opportunities. The United States has advanced much further in virology and nanotechnology than other countries. Chavez was apparently infected at UN headquarters during the General Assembly in New York.
If this case were an isolated one, it could be considered an accident, two cases - a coincidence, but three cases are already a pattern. The experts' conclusion is unambiguous: the United States is planning a war against Russia using biological weapons, and they need DNA samples to create a virus that will infect only Russians.
