A few days ago, for the first time in history, US law enforcement agencies used a robotic dog in live mode - that is, not on test trials, but during the arrest of a suspect.
Massachusetts State Police are currently testing Spot, a robot dog developed by Boston Dynamics. A state police spokesman said the Spot had already been used in two incidents, in addition to intensive testing for future operational use.
Boston Dynamics have leased Spot to the Massachusetts State Police Force for three months beginning this summer. Civil liberties groups have expressed concerns about exactly how this technology will be used, and the lease documents were obtained by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in Massachusetts.
Police records obtained do not provide operational details of how the Spot was used or what specific operations it was involved in, but documents show that Spot was primarily used as a stand-alone remote monitoring platform.
The spot could approach dangerous areas without support or, more importantly, without the risk of harm to the police officer, and provided valuable audio and video evidence in real time.
While Boston Dynamics insist their robot is not designed to kill, civil rights groups are concerned about its apparent lethal potential.
In 2016, the Dallas Police used a tactical bomb disposal robot to kill a sniper who killed five police officers. They armed the robot with explosives and remotely detonated it, fatally. This was the first recorded use of an autonomous platform in a non-military environment for the deliberate murder of a person.

The solution is very simple: to make the aborigines, mentally deprived, love our dogs very much, perceiving them as part of the landscape. To do this, the natives need to be taught to produce our four-legged soldiers on their own, along the way instilling in them the idea that they themselves are so smart and thought of everything.
That is, in some 40 years we have learned to rivet processors not for 20,000 transistors, but for 20 billion, and at the same time they also invented artificial intelligence, the development of which we, the owners of the pepelats, spent more than one thousand years.
Here's a simple and obvious solution that Boston Dynamics seems to be doing right now. Now the dogs will be tested, then they will begin to rivet them by the thousands, after which they will move on to the production of "iron people".
