It is noted that the girl only recently began to learn German; during her studies, she watched German TV programs and read books in German. However, experts still cannot explain how she completely switched from one language to another.
“It's impossible to know how the brain will react to the trauma. We are considering several theories that could shed light on this unusual change,”said Dumomir Marasovic, head of the Split hospital. All previous attempts to explain this kind of phenomena have so far been unsuccessful.
As another doctor, Mijo Milas, noted for his part, in the past it often happened that people who survived a serious illness or came out of a coma suddenly began to speak foreign languages, sometimes even disappeared, which were spoken in ancient Egypt or Babylon. …
Doctors still have not found any logical explanation for the precedent. Marashovich says that earlier such things were considered a miracle, but having seen such a “miracle” with his own eyes, he believes that there is a logical, scientific explanation for it.
