SONY plans to release 3D TVs in 2010. But residents of the Altai Territory have known about such TVs since 2003, when the first publication appeared about an 11-year-old boy from Rubtsovsk with an unusual name Ernesto Evgeny Sanchez Shaida

Seven years ago, the Rubtsov boy created a real sensation among Russian scientists with his inventions - in particular, with the TV, which gives a stereoscopic three-dimensional image, which became extremely popular only in 2009, after the release of the film "Avatar".

Altapress.ru correspondents decided to find out about the fate of the famous boy: does he have anything to do with the release by a Japanese company of TVs with a three-dimensional image?

Let us remind you that a pupil of secondary school # 6 from Rubtsovsk was enrolled without exams at the Moscow State Technical University named after NE Bauman in 2003. Since then, information about the boy has been scanty and contradictory.

The press service of "Baumanka" told us that, unfortunately, they could not help in any way - Ernesto was expelled from the university. And the management of the educational institution - both the admission and the expulsion of the young man - leaves no comment.

Seven years ago, the leadership of the Altai Technical University was going to obtain patents for two inventions of Ernesto Shaida (including a television with a three-dimensional image). However, as Yevgeny Shaida, Ernesto's grandfather, said to altapress.ru, the talk about patents remained just talk.

His grandfather did not say anything about the fate of Ernesto, referring to the fact that the most terrible and difficult, fortunately, is behind. And in general, in the Shaida family, this topic is closed. In a word, the family has gone through strong trials and does not want to return to them again.

True, as Yevgeny Leonidovich noted, one of Ernesto's dreams (to visit Cuba, his father's homeland) nevertheless came true - in 2007 Ernesto visited there. He is going to go in 2010 as well.
