In Italy, in 2002, at the age of ninety-one, the strongest and most powerful of its magicians since the time of Count Cagliostro, Professor Gustavo Rohl, died. Heads of states, princes, large industrialists, financiers, as well as scientists often turned to him for help …

A book has been published on the anniversary of the death of the great magician "Rohl still speaks to me", written by Maria-Luisa Giordano, who for a long time worked for him as an assistant and personal chauffeur. "He still gives me valuable advice and helps me to cope with the most difficult problems," writes Marie-Louise in the book. - Before his death, Rol said to me: "I saw only good from you, so even from the other world I will help you."

Gustavo Rola possessed truly unique abilities, and his possibilities were endless. It was not in vain that such people as film director Federico Fellini, representatives of the royal dynasty of Savoy and even a refined intellectual - the French poet Jean Cocteau, who once said: “People will truly understand and appreciate Rol only tomorrow,” made friends with him.

But as you can see, "tomorrow" has not come yet - until scientists are able to solve the magic secret of Gustavo Rola.

Miracle painting …

And in particular, no one succeeds in explaining how Rohl could paint pictures at a distance, without touching the canvas. Or how he managed to conduct sessions in which other masters, who had long gone into the world, participated - Marc Chagall and Pablo Picasso …

In his sessions, Gustavo Rohl distributed blank sheets of paper folded in four to those present and asked men to hide them in their pockets and women in bras. Then Roll drew marks in the air with his brush, not touching the paint on the table. One can only imagine the state of shock that those who participated in the session fell into when they removed from their pockets and neckline sheets of paper with magnificent drawings written in the style of Picasso, Chagall or some other famous master.

Gustavo Rohl did other mystical things as well. For example, he could read unwritten books and, without exerting any physical effort, move objects from one room to another.

Among the admirers of Rol's extraordinary talent were Albert Einstein, General Charles de Gaulle, who became president of France after the Second World War, and his implacable opponent - the fascist dictator of Italy Benito Mussolini. The latter once asked Rol to make him a prediction for the near future.

“The war will end in 1945,” the magician replied. - And, to my regret, I must inform you that they will execute you even before it ends.

An unpredictable hero …

“By nature, Gustavo Rohl was an absolutely unpredictable person,” writes Maria-Luisa Giordano. - He then closed in himself, then, on the contrary, became sociable and frank. As a child, my father and Gustavo often played together, as they lived in neighboring houses. Rol never boasted of his wealth (his father was a major banker), and during his studies he showed exceptional abilities. At the university, he graduated from three faculties at once - legal, economic and biological.

But the routine work was not for him. Under pressure from his father, Rol went to work for an international bank, which gave him the opportunity to travel around his world. In Paris, he met the love of his life - the Norwegian princess Elna.

By the way, her portraits, which were painted by the hand of the greatest magician of the end of the last century in a manner indistinguishable from Picasso, Rembrandt, Renoir, but honestly signed by him "Gustavo Rohl", are today the cherished dream of many art dealers. At one of the recent European auctions, a portrait of the Norwegian princess Elna, created by Gustavo Rohl in the impressionist style, was sold for 80,000 euros.

After the death of his father, Rol left the bank in order to devote himself entirely to his main passion - painting. Most of all he loved to paint flowers, especially roses. It was then that his unique talent was revealed - to work miracles and foresee the future. Soon Rol became famous throughout Italy, and then throughout Europe.

During the war, Rohl saved the partisans from certain death. With the help of his magic sessions, which he arranged for the Germans, he was able to free even the hostages sentenced to death.

Usually the operation took place as follows. Rohl asked a German officer a question like this:

- Will you release the hostages trapped in the barn if I describe what lies in the drawers of the chest of drawers in your Berlin apartment?

From surprise, the officer was speechless and agreed. According to the photographs that the Germans received from their relatives along with the letters, Rohl read the information and gave an accurate answer. With the help of such techniques, he saved a huge number of people.

Personal chauffeur of His magical majesty …

“We met Rol in 1978 when my father died,” continues Marie-Louise. - I called because he was Dad's friend. When I invited him to meet, a mysterious answer sounded in the receiver: “The time has not yet come. Let's postpone the meeting."

When a few months passed, Rohl invited Marie-Louise with her mother to his mansion, which looked like a museum, - there was a large variety of objects from the Napoleonic era. Rohl adored Bonaparte. Some even claimed that he was his reincarnation.

Gustavo Rola's first phrase, addressed to the girl, was spoken in French. The most surprising thing was that Rohl accurately copied the voice of Marie-Louise's father, who, by the way, knew French very well.

Saying goodbye, the magician advised Signorina Giordano to learn to drive. “You will be my personal chauffeur. Come to me when I paint - you have a positive energy in you,”said Rol. This short visit changed her entire subsequent life.

This is how their friendship began. After driving, Marie-Louise drove Rola to his clients. Among them, there were often qualified doctors, who often, when they were tormented by doubts, asked him for advice - Gustavo Rohl was an excellent diagnostician. To find out what ailment this or that person suffered, it was enough for him to just look at that person. According to Marie-Louise's calculations, Rohl clarified diagnoses in at least 1,500 cases.

Casanova's protest! …

Rol said that his magic color was green, and his lucky number was 5. He began all his experiments with the phrase: “I am number five”.

Gustavo also liked to arrange seances. Once they, together with Federico Fellini, decided to evoke the spirit of Casanova shortly before the great director made a film about the famous heartthrob. After materializing, the spirit began to complain to Rol that Fellini was mistreating him. After this session, the director fell seriously ill.

“Rol and I saw each other every day. He told me about people and about his ideas about the world, - writes Marie-Louise. - Gustavo was very worried that the pundits slammed the door right in front of his nose - they perceived my boss and friend only as a magician. But he wanted to share his secrets with them. Those would-be scientists refused to acknowledge the existence of parallel worlds with which Rohl had contact. He argued that everyone can enter a parallel world if they develop the appropriate abilities. Rol was ready to pass on his invaluable knowledge to specialists, but they did not accept it."

Master and charlatans …

Shortly before the death of Gustavo, an international congress of fighters against witchcraft took place in the Italian town of Abano Terme. Paranormal experts from all over the world have decided to declare war on occultists of all stripes who lure gullible citizens into their salons in order to empty their pockets. Gustavo Rohl was also invited to this congress.

Demonstrating "magic" tricks, he moved objects and read short notes from those present, despite the fact that they were hidden in an opaque thick envelope.

- For such simple tricks, - said Rol, - there is no need 'to summon otherworldly spirits.

By the way, once Rol announced a competition in which he invited everyone to repeat his tricks and promised to pay the winner a reward of one million euros. Nobody succeeded in winning the prize, although thousands of psychics who came from different countries tried to try their hand.

Speaking at the congress, Rohl revealed some of the fakirs' professional secrets. For example, he showed how to stick a long nail into the nose without any harm to health. In addition, Rohl explained that anyone can run on hot coals and not get burned if they quickly move their legs and travel no more than 5 meters. Anyone, he said, can lie on the nails and not get hurt, provided they are driven in in frequent rows, in which case the body weight is distributed evenly.

- Do not confuse, - said Rol, - charlatans with real magicians - people who are endowed with unusual abilities and receive energy from space. But such people are few. Fortune-tellers, mediums and astrologers are also full of deceivers. Today, psychologists with astrological specialization work most successfully - people with higher education who are well versed in both the human soul and the star chart.

When asked how you can tell a real specialist from a rogue, Rohl replied:

- Pay attention to the duration of the session. For example, a skilled fortune-teller will not "conjure" over cards (ordinary or tarot) for more than 45 minutes. For those who turn to card fortune tellers, I would advise not to ask them too many questions - so as not to disorient their intuition.

You should not constantly go to the same clairvoyant - for numerous sessions he will learn too much information about you, which will interfere with his work with you. Remember, charlatans love to tie clients to themselves, interrupting the session and forcing them to come next time with the words - "otherwise this will happen …" Anyone who works according to his conscience will never do that.

Love and death …

A deeply religious person, Rohl was not afraid of death. He said that all those whom we loved will never leave us after their death and will forever protect us.

Once Marie-Louise went with him to a familiar antique dealer. Soon a lady entered that store. Rolling his eyes over her, Rol turned pale. A minute later, he turned to her with the following words: “Signora, next to you is your son. He is dark-haired with a mole on his right cheek. The lady burst into tears, As it turned out, a year ago her son died in a car accident, and she began to drink from grief. After meeting with Rol, the woman no longer touched alcohol. It became much easier for her - she clearly felt the presence of her son next to her.

Every day Roll received sacks of letters from people who needed his help. He prayed for each of them.

The death of Rol was mourned all over Italy. Endless crowds of his compatriots followed the coffin. However, none of them could have imagined that their idol suffered from loneliness - his adored Elna died shortly after the wedding, and other women did not exist for him.

Shortly before his death, Rohl said that he was tired of life and would like to go to heaven as soon as possible in order to travel more easily across worlds not yet known to mankind.
