The original ancient Türkic name is "badiz", in some regions it is "musin", but the most famous is balbaltas. From the sacred Mongolian river Orkhon to the Caspian Sea, you can meet these stone warriors, heroes and giants. Political scientist Yerlan Karin has been studying balbals for five years in different countries - Mongolia, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, China and in different regions of Kazakhstan. With the support of the Japanese company Mitsubishi Corporation, he released a photo album dedicated to this study.
