A resident of the British city of Keatley, West Yorkshire, for 12 years did not notice that she had a ring in her nose. This is reported by the Metro.

“It was a normal day, I was sitting on my couch and suddenly sneezing,” says 20-year-old Abigail Thompson, a beautician. “Then I look at the handkerchief and think: 'What the hell is this?'” There was a ring in the handkerchief, which she lost in 2007. It fell out of her nose while the woman sneezed.

The thing was a gift from the mother for the eighth birthday of her daughter. When the ring disappeared a few months later, suspicion fell on Abigail's friends, who could steal it. “In a million years I would not have guessed that it was stuck in my nose,” says the woman. According to her mother, this happened when the girl was picking her nose.

In 2017, it was reported that doctors removed a toy traffic cone from the lungs of a 47-year-old resident of the British city of Preston, which got there 40 years ago. Initially, doctors suspected they had found a malignant tumor.
