There are reports from the Russian Norilsk in the Krasnoyarsk Territory that a dangerous predator, and possibly a werewolf, has appeared here. On social networks, it is said that he allegedly attacked three people already.
The photo below was taken by one of the local residents from the window of his car. The picture shows the alleged wolf running right outside the houses along the city street. The image quickly flew around many sites on the Runet.
Rescuers from Norilsk confirm that a lone wild wolf was recently seen in the central area. Specialists are asking citizens to be vigilant and monitor minor children. The special services thoroughly combed the entire city, but did not find the predator. Perhaps that is why rumors spread among the Norilsk people that it was not a wolf at all, but a real werewolf. Say, one of the locals or visitors turns into a beast at night and thirsts for blood. Hunting experts are also puzzled - according to them, there should be no wolves in the vicinity of Norilsk, and these animals would not come close to people, especially wandering around the city alone.
Patrols are still looking for the animal, but to no avail. However, if it really was a werewolf, rescuers are unlikely to be able to neutralize it. Or perhaps we are witnessing the birth of another urban legend, partly based on real events. A hungry wolf could indeed appear in the city, which, in the stories of the Norilsk people, will eventually turn into a mythical fierce monster tearing its victims to pieces.
Is it even possible to kill a werewolf with modern weapons? An interesting material has been published on one of the Runet websites, as a monster chased a military man who was returning late at night along a deserted road from a garage cooperative. The man at first thought that some passer-by was just catching up with him, but when the stranger's steps became too hasty and somehow mysterious, the military turned around and … in the darkness he made out that this creature was running after him on all fours, and even very dexterously moving its paws. Having pulled out a pistol, the soldier prepares to defend himself, but the werewolf immediately jumped to the side of the road and disappeared into the darkness, rustling by the roadside bushes. That is, they are still afraid of weapons. And more than once a werewolf who was shot down turned out to be, say, a neighbor with a bandaged hand, and so on (for more details about werewolves, see the video below).
So the residents of Norilsk should think about their safety, armed with at least traumatic weapons, some users write.
All these are fairy tales, skeptics answer them, some stray dog is wandering around Norilsk, and they make noise out of it, that is, they make an elephant out of a fly.
