It happened on the Kiev-Kharkov highway, near the village of Krasnogorovka. Drivers have long dubbed this place "unclean".
A super-emergency section is where accidents, according to the logic of things, should not be at all. Absolutely flat road, no intersections, no ups and downs, no sharp turns of the track. But it is here that there are constant and incomprehensible accidents all the time! This one also became a mystery.
"UAZ" has turned into a heap of scrap metal. The driver was lying by the side of the road. Half a head - as if cut off by a razor … Oddly enough, but the woman sitting next to the driver escaped with only shock. The car of the poultry farm left at about nine in the morning. The driver was a sober, absolutely healthy guy. The car was in good working order - a few days ago it went through a technical inspection. It was sunny that day, one hundred percent visibility. The track is straight. No crossroads. Nobody could get out on the road either - a high slope and the absence of settlements nearby.
Eyewitness accounts
As the driver of KRAZ, into which the UAZ crashed, said, he swerved into the oncoming lane so unexpectedly and so close that any driver with the fastest reaction would not have time to press the brakes. The woman who got into this story does not remember anything either: "We sat, talked … I woke up after the collision." Locals say that before the road was laid, there was a cemetery in its place. Such places are called necrotic fields.

When you fly into a necrotic field at high speed, where the sign (+ to -) changes, you get a gradient, that is, a sharp transition, the body does not have enough time to adapt. This can adversely affect the coordination of movements, the cardiovascular system, a short-term spasm is possible. Probably, the Indians were right in something, burning the bodies of the dead, and not burying them.
Danger signs
Road police officers, traffic inspectors, drivers know where the most dangerous areas are. In many countries, such areas even have road signs warning of danger. There was no danger sign at the site of that accident. As we do not have such signs in other places with a necrotic field. And only on the road section between Poltava and Piryatin there are at least three such points.
Still a dangerous track
One of the last accidents near Krasnogorovka dates back to 09.10.13. At about 8 o'clock in the morning, on the 270th kilometer of the Kiev-Kharkov highway near the village of Krasnogorovka, Velikobagachansky district, the driver of an Audi A4 car, moving in the direction of Poltava, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a DAF truck. As a result of the collision, the driver of the car was taken to hospital in serious condition, and two of his passengers died at the scene. The truck driver was not injured.
