Another Kaliningrader, Oleg Kholodenko, who has been studying the problem of unidentified flying objects for several years, believes that it was the so-called NABO. The term appeared in Spain, where the acronym does not sound very euphonious - EBANI, which stands for Entidad Biological Anomalous No Identificadan UFO, which means "anomalous unidentified biological object."

What is NABO and how is it different from a UFO? As Oleg Kholodenko said, UFOs are called unidentified aircraft moving in the air that cannot be classified.
“NABO are flying objects devoid of any structure and not having a visible technological device,” the researcher explained. - This is a kind of agglomeration of transparent or translucent spheres emitting monochrome or multi-colored light. Different colors or shades move synchronously in an ideal order, changing the shape of the object with the help of energy unknown to us and resembling an organism. From this came the name - an unidentified anomalous biological formation (NABO), or an anomalous unidentified biological object from 10 to 20 meters long. We believe they have a plasma envelope, due to which they move in the atmosphere in any direction smoothly, like clockwork, regardless of the strength and direction of the wind."
According to the observer, if UFOs can be observed all over the world, then NABO is only in some countries, most often in Mexico, where there are many anomalous zones, and in Kaliningrad.
“In the area of Moskovsky Prospekt there was an ancient pagan temple, on the site of which the House of Soviets stands, and, according to the map of anomalous zones of Kaliningrad, this square also contains a place with a negative bioenergetic background,” says Oleg Kholodenko.

Sergey Nikitin has been observing a similar object in the area of ul. Kuibysheva, Oleg and other Kaliningraders also saw him, which was reported on social networks. According to Kholodenko, Yevgeny Krivtsov's photographs are unique in that they were taken in the morning. “Before that, we believed that NABO appears only late in the evening,” the researcher explained.
