Near the ISS, the appearance of unidentified flying objects is constantly recorded and the question in the title can also be addressed to Roskosmos and the European Space Agency. There is the fact of the appearance of a UFO, but there is no official explanation.
Videos recorded from live broadcasts from the Earth's orbit where the ISS flies appear on the network regularly and objects flying near the space station itself or taking off from Earth into space or vice versa arriving from space to Earth are recorded on them.
Usually, immediately after a UFO appears in the frame, the flight control center interrupts the broadcast of the streaming video. But the video from space is being watched by many enthusiasts who manage to record what happened.
American citizens have made repeated requests to NASA demanding an explanation of what is happening in Earth's orbit, but have not received an answer. Scientists also ignore what is happening and, at best, give a formal answer - maybe these are pieces of ice, maybe some debris, but can such formulations explain the flight trajectories of these "debris", the speed of movement, shape and meaningful maneuvers?
