However, this divine warning does not mean anything for the so-called powerful of this world, preoccupied with selfish interests and wanting to subjugate the whole world. Even the serious climate change observed by scientists on the planet, threatening a catastrophe for humanity, cannot enlighten such people and make them stop. They continue to chop off the branch on which they are sitting. It would be one thing if the invasion of the planetary ecosystem was caused only by economic interests. This can be understood: a person is such a creature that his thirst for profit knows no bounds. This thirst deprives a person of reason, lowering him below the animal. The understanding of the catastrophe comes only at the moment when a person suddenly realizes that money cannot be eaten.
I remember Exupery, who, fighting for his life after the plane crash, which he suffered in the Sahara, observed an amazing picture of how reasonably he behaves in a wild animal “Fenech is careful and does not interfere with the herd to reproduce. For the sake of one meal, he bypasses a good hundred of these rare brown bushes, moreover, he would never remove two snails in a row from the same twig. He behaves as if he clearly understands where the danger lies. After all, if he tried to fill his fill, not caring about the future, soon the snails would not be. And without snails there will be no Fenechs either."
It is a pity that some people endowed with power and power are far from such rationality. They not only yearn for profit, but are ready to sacrifice all of humanity to their ambitions, using the so-called. climatic weapons. The concept of climate weapons looks like something mythical, incredible. Indeed, it is hard to believe that some people invested in its development, created and are already using it.
However, there is a document called Weather as a Power Generator: Owning the Weather in 2025. This is a scientific study commissioned by the US Air Force at the end of the last millennium - in 1996. The study was carried out with a very specific purpose, namely: to explore the concepts, capabilities and technologies that the United States will need in order to remain the dominant force in airspace and space in the future. The study was conducted and presented to the military on June 17, 1996 in the form of a report.

It reads, inter alia: “Weather change will become part of domestic and international security and can be implemented unilaterally … it can have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog and storms on the ground, or alter space weather … and artificial weather are all part of an integrated set of military technologies."
So, it turns out that methods of artificial interference in natural processes and environmental changes have been developed for a long time, and for some time have been included in the arsenal of military technologies.

It clearly shows the awareness of its creators about the catastrophe threatening humanity as a result of its economic activity. The document says that by fulfilling the provisions of the treaty, every country on earth is obliged to “avoid dangerous climate change and find ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions on a global scale on an equitable basis” However, there is only one factor at stake in climate change - the CO2 emissions from fossil fuels.

Last year, the UN Climate Conference was held in Madrid, bringing together delegates from nearly 200 countries. The focus was again on greenhouse gas emissions. The organizers and participants, voluntarily or forcibly (rather the second), ignored the problem of climate manipulation for military purposes. It reads, inter alia: “Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to resort to military or any other hostile use of means of influencing the natural environment that have broad, long-term or serious consequences, as a means of destruction, damage or harm any other participating State”.
Why did the UN pay attention to the problem of the military use of means of influencing nature so long ago, back in the late 70s of the last century? It turns out that there were reasons for this: back in the late 1940s, the outstanding American mathematician John von Neumann, who collaborated with the US Department of Defense, began his research on weather changes. In 1950, he produced the first-ever successful mathematical weather forecast using the ENIAC computer.
At the height of the Cold War, Neumann foresaw that in the future there will be forms of climate warfare that are not even "imaginable." And if we recall the incredible experiments of N. Tesla, then the lower chronological limit of the beginning of research, which then formed the basis of technologies for influencing the climate and the atmosphere, will move back to the beginning of the 20th century.
The first combat use of climate weapons was carried out during the 1967 US war against Vietnam. Then the Americans used the cloud seeding method, which made it possible to extend the tropical rainy season, thereby interrupting the enemy's supply routes. Since then, the US military has never lost interest in the issue of climate and atmospheric effects for military purposes.
Began extensive research and development of methods for selectively changing weather conditions. Thus, the UN General Assembly Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Means of Influencing the Natural Environment did not arise out of nowhere.
However, as we can see, the Convention did not stop the American military. In the 1990s, work began on a program of high-frequency active auroral research, which in 1997 was realized in the form of the world famous HAARP radiating antenna located in the state of Alaska. HAARP was created as part of the equally famous SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative), which is popularly called "Star Wars".
Despite the fact that HAARP was characterized as a complex of ionospheric research, designed to study the nature of the ionosphere and the development of air and missile defense systems, in fact, it is a weapon of mass destruction capable of destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems around the world. Moreover, once in a television report on the American television channel SHS, there was a confession that HAARP had the ability to cause typhoons, earthquakes, floods and droughts.
It's hard to reassure yourself that the HAARP program was officially closed in 2014. The fact is that the idea of the impact on the climate turned out to be contagious and obsessive, as a result of which there are several similar projects in the world today: American ones in Puerto Rico and Alaska (HIPAS project); in Norway, the EISCAT project on the mainland, and the SPEAR project on the Spitsbergen archipelago; in Peru (HICAMARKA project) and Russia (Sura project).
These projects are based on the principle of using a narrow beam of high-frequency radiation, i.e. energy. For some time now, directional radiation has been introduced into mobile cellular systems. It is these radiating antennas that have become the target of attacks around the world, as they cause legitimate concern of people for their health.
