Indiana Ghostbusters claim to have created an app that allows people to communicate with ghosts via iPhones.

Passion for the paranormal has united two people - Roger Pingleton and Jill Beitz. According to the Americans, they always try to visit places where strange events have been noticed, indicating the intrigues of creatures from the other world.

Usually, witnesses to the appearance of ghosts or poltergeists experience panic, but Pingeton and Beitz are not among them - Americans try to understand the messages of the spirits. The desire to communicate with ghosts led them to create an app that the couple called the "Spirit Story Box".

The essence of the invention is that an application for the iPhone catches random electrical noise and transforms them into words from a programmed dictionary. Ghostbusters hope that their development will allow people to overcome their fear of ghosts and enter into conversation with them.

“We wanted others to have fun with them (the ghosts). This is the essence of our invention,”says Roger Pingleton.

The Americans said they hope to communicate with the spirits allegedly living in the Richmond Museum through the Spirit Story Box.

Scientists, naturally, were skeptical about the application, as well as about all similar programs, calling it a random word generator. Critics believe that all words or phrases are born solely from the rich imagination of gullible smartphone users.

However, for every skeptic there is a supporter of a new invention. Thus, 75-year-old historian Wanda Lou Willis, who researches the paranormal, believes that "electronic devices will help in communicating with spirits."

“It is believed that when we die, we move into another dimension, and our soul becomes something like an electric current. Therefore, it is not surprising that electricity attracts spirits. Yes, and in our bodies it (electricity) is quite a lot. To connect with ghosts, you just need to open your mind,”says Willis.
