Wai-O-Tapu Wonderland in New Zealand is home to many extraordinary attractions such as hot springs, geysers and bodies of water, but perhaps the most spectacular is one of the quietest places known as the Devil's Bath (Devil's Bath). This Bath is a neon green lake with a strange smell and looks like a real wonder of the world. Some argue that this green sulfur lake looks like a radioactive object from a cartoon.
Description of attraction
The Devil's Bath Basin is located in a small crevice, which, most likely, was formed due to a violent volcanic eruption and the spread of lava masses. A good view of this miracle of nature opens from above, it is then that the lake appears in all its glory.
The bright green color of the water is due to sulfur deposits that rise to the surface and, due to their lightness, float on it. Green indicates that sulfur on the lake's surface is an active mineral capable of undergoing various chemical reactions, while other shades found throughout the park, such as blues, reds and others, indicate old volcanic rock.

The origin of the lake
The origin of the demonic lake is unknown, leading scientists from various countries are racking their brains over the solution of this riddle, but given what this strange pool looks like, no one would be surprised if Satan himself rose from the motionless lake.
Despite the name and the almost frightening display of geothermal chemistry, Devil's Bath is one of the most visited places for tourists and families traveling with children who want to show their children what a strange and unnatural nature looks like. In addition, incredible photographs are obtained in this place, it seems as if they were taken on another planet.
