Events developed as follows. At 20.19 (time is given as Greenwich Mean Time), on Monday 19 April 1993, the Prestwich Office of Air Services (UK) reported an unknown flying object that appeared on the screens of radar stations (radar).

At first, the department employees thought it was a Concorde flying to the United States. They soon noticed that the object's speed was at least 4 times the speed of the Concorde, flying at supersonic speed. Having flown up to the Lenin mountain ridge, the object made a right turn (directly to the south). This mysterious object was also monitored by NATO early warning systems. Two Jaguars of the British Air Force flew from Coltishel Air Force Base in Norfolk to intercept a UFO. At 20.37 the object was noticed on the radar screens of the Gatwick airport: it was going at an altitude of 10 thousand feet, at a speed of 250 miles per hour. The Gatwick Air Service Office monitored the object for approximately three minutes. The UFO disappeared from the radar screens at 20.40, heading straight west.

Captain Fodoala Park, an Egyptian Army Intelligence Officer, took part in the British Army's military maneuvers at Salisbury Plains. At 20.45 they were ordered to go to Black Heath (Black Heather), which lies about six miles from the area where the maneuvers took place. It was military intelligence officers who were sent, people with experience and security clearance: an Arab colleague was among them.

Arriving at Black Heath, the military discovered a cylindrical object, approximately 60 feet by 40 feet. The object stood on four hydraulic "legs". Two "legs" were broken during landing and the object was lurching at a 30 degree angle. The object appears to have been made of metal and carbon fiber components, the object looked polished to a shine, seamless, charcoal black.

There was a hole visible at the top of the object, approximately 4 feet by 2 feet. Three senior US Air Force officers were stationed near the facility. The Americans ordered the British and Park to take measures to ensure safety in the area of the incident until the arrival of military rescuers. Park noticed something very strange: a "flight deck" and on it two creatures, which he called "aliens." The Egyptian described them as: 3.5 to 4 feet tall, with grayish, smooth faces. The heads of the creatures, in comparison with the homo sapiens, were extremely proportional to the bodies; slanted eyes, thin arms. Aliens did not try to communicate with earthlings.

As ordered, Park and his colleagues immediately left the facility and took over the security of the scene. 50 minutes later, a US Air Force Sikorski helicopter arrived. The helicopter lifted the object and flew away. The American helicopter was apparently sent from Woodbridge Air Force Base in Suffolk, where the mysterious object and its crew were taken away. Somewhat later, the Egyptian learned that the Jaguar planes that had taken off from the Coltishel base had been intercepted by US Air Force planes and returned to the base after the British pilots were notified that the mysterious object was American and was undergoing a test flight.

Captain Fodoala Park returned to Egypt, where he was ordered to keep his mouth shut. At the same time, the degree of his secret clearance was lowered, and he no longer received any information about the events of April 19. Obviously Park did not sit idly by: he found that from different parts of the UK.

The further fate of Fodoala Park is unknown to me. This story leaked into the computer information networks of ufologists, and a message about the events of the April evening appeared in a British ufological journal. The military censors did not respond to the publication (as far as I know, I do not receive regular information from England, which is not the subject of my research).

It is likely that the whole story is a duck. I think we are dealing with simple disinformation that was played out to convince the Arabs that the Americans are hooking up with aliens. The park is persecuted in its homeland, which gives it a martyr aura. Perhaps he is being pushed into contact with Islamic fundamentalists. Fanatics will be deeply impressed by his story. The ultimate goals of the game are unknown to me, and not interesting either. It is likely that I am complicating this story. Let us recall the following: representatives of Muslim states attended conferences of ufologists (for example, the famous Russian ufologist Boris Shurinov spoke about this), showing great interest. Rumors of cooperation between aliens and military engineers of the United States and other states have been agitating the unfriendly "family" of the planet's ufologists for more than one year. I once talked about this in articles about the Nevada polygons, about the Monchegorsk object …
