From 1969 to 1976, my childhood and youth were spent in a remote village bordering China on the Argun River. In March 1969, just in time for the events on about. Damansky, my parents and I moved to the Rassvet state farm in the Nerchinsko-Zavodskoy district of the Chita region from the polluted Bashkir city of Sterlitamak under the resettlement program.
Mother and father fled from the terrible ecology of the chemical city. The settlers were provided with free travel and a container for transporting furniture by rail. In place - half of the log house and lifting ones. And there were no problems with work in the village in those days.
In our village, with the strange name of the First Buldurui, a frontier post was stationed: 60-80 personnel. The border passed along the Argun. At that time, there was no wire fence or PCB yet. And on the Chinese side, there were no settlements nearby.
Over time, I entered the school circle "Young friend of the border guard", visited the outpost and could, with my eyes closed, disassemble and assemble the AKM for a while: a 10-year-old boy was interested. Naturally, about the fighting on about. We learned Damansky earlier than the rest of the country. After this event, our parents began to learn how to use weapons: they even fired from a grenade launcher. That is, there was a resonance from Damansky.
And now, 50 years later, I, already a hardened skeptic, came across an article about Fr. Damansky. It took only a few minutes to understand: everything we know about this event is WRONG!
There is no need to read deeply into the description of the conflict - the lie lies on the surface. Just look at the date: March 1-15 (!). The Ussuri River is usually opened in early - mid-April.

At the beginning, and even more so in the middle of March, it is IMPOSSIBLE to leave for the ice of the vehicle, especially the armored personnel carrier, not to mention the tanks (!)!
At this time of the year, the border guards simply did not have the physical ability to patrol the disputed island: to walk around such an area on virgin snow is a difficult task. And in summer, spring and autumn, the border guards did not visit the island at all: a wide river and muddy roads. Rare patrolling was possible only by the forces of sea (river) units of the border troops of the KGB of the USSR and helicopters.
Who Damansky suddenly needed to patrol in the winter? Yes, nobody!
But, if the conflict grew gradually, as we are assured, it was logical to create a permanent border post on the island. Alas, the poor Chinese had to freeze on the ice every time, waiting for our frontier outfit to make some noise and knock with the Russians, a joke.
The Chinese, too, did not interfere with calmly seizing the deserted island and simply not letting our border guards there. This would have settled the conflict: the USSR was not going to fight for this piece of land.
There is no mention of the use of aviation, although, in difficult-to-reach terrain, aviation is used primarily: both for reconnaissance and for striking.
A few sorties of a flight of front-line attack aircraft would have been enough to suppress this conflict in the bud. By all indications, the border guards were put on purpose!
The one who controls the Reality needs human sacrifice. Therefore, a performance was played with the kidnapping and killing of people in the style of the fall of the An-148, the explosion of a nine-story building in Magnitogorsk, the destruction of the Kursk nuclear submarine and the Sinai airbus. Then people could not even think about such a structure of the world, and therefore they sacredly believed in the Soviet power, in the bright, kind and eternal.
Conclusions:
1. There was no armed conflict between the PRC and the USSR on Damansky Island in March 1969, but there was murder and abduction of people by the Dark Force in the nature of which we have yet to figure out.
2. It is from such bloody - fake events that, in fact, "our" History consists.
